Handover of the keys on arrival and departure is very easy and flexible. Suggests solutions directly. We arrived at about 12 noon and left at 5 a.m. Cleaning utensils and kitchen utensils are also available in the apartment and you do not need to go directly to a supermarket, but can arrive first. Parking right outside the door, but we were also there out of season. During the day, parking becomes a bit more difficult on weekends, but in the evening it is also very empty. We loved it

Firstly we would have no hesitation returning ,close to port 5 mins walk ,5 mins to beach and there is also bolnuevo beach 10 mins drive ,park beside the mushroom shaped stones ,lots of restaurants to choose from ,lovely communal pool also ,overall a very lovely welcoming spanish couple thank you from Carolina and Esteban

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

We were really at home. José Luís is very friendly and left some sweets to welcome us. The house was all impeccable and is really nice, big, bright and cozy. It has many details and extras to enjoy free time and be very comfortable. The kitchen with lots of light, very clean and with toooooodo what you need. A 10!

We have been staying at Flori's entire family to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday and had a great time. The house is just as seen in the photos and true to the description. Flori and her husband have been watching over us at all times and we had a great time. It is a spacious house with great spaces for 10 people, both indoors and outdoors, and the little ones have had a great time with all the games, the bikes, the trampoline, the balls,...... endless things to enjoy the countryside and the outdoors. In short, a stay of 10 and Flori a host of 20 or more. Thank you very much for everything and we hope to come back someday, greetings from the whole family.

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. A 10 out of 10, it's the second time we've stayed there and everything is super easy, comfortable and perfect.

Everything was great. Maybe let older people or people with mobility issues know that it has narrow stairs to access the apartment. The place has everything you need for a great stay. Alicia is very attentive. The apartment has a lot of light and is quiet. The Sunday market is just around the corner and is very interesting. Restaurants, the market square, beaches… very close. The pool is wonderful and I was informed that it is open year-round. The place is recommended. We had a great time. Thanks Alicia

Everything is really great, the terrace is very nice and the apartment has everything you need, in general a super positive experience, the only thing that can be said negative to highlight, is that the parking space is complicated and patience and hands are needed, otherwise everything is great.

We made a booking with Pedro reasonably last minute, we were able to stay without effort. Pedro is a friendly, welcoming and flexible host and gave tips on the sights and parking in the city. We had a very pleasant time and felt welcome. Enjoyed the beautiful views, the pool, the jacuzzi and Murcia center (which is about a 20-minute drive, which was fine for us). A top place! Flexible check-in, cozy apartment with everything you need for cooking. Very nice terrace and next to the beach. We went for two days and felt very comfortable.

It's been an amazing week, the apartment was perfect, everything was clean and tidy. There was everything, you really felt at home. The location was perfect, since it was still hot we had to go by car since we were with a dog, but the distance to the beaches, to Mazarrón and to the dog-friendly beach are 5 minutes away, which allows you to make the most of your time. As it was in September, you could tell that there were very few people in the area, so we were in a haven of peace. The terrace is great, there are a few specific hours when it gets a lot of sun but the rest of the time, both in the morning and at night is where we spent our time (on top of that the TV with the stand allows you to see it from all sides). Thank you for everything. I hope to return.

The apartment was everything we wanted and more for my family’s 4 week stay in Isla Plana. The apartment was spotless and easy to get in. It was was well equipped for living and it felt like a home from home. Noah and Monica were brilliant and sorted any issues or questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here and we’d love to return in the future! .
