This is an old Rustic house rebuilt from a ruin In 2010. Restored to its former glory, this wonderful house overlooks Mula , the Sierra Espuna's and Mula’s historic Castle. The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. Vélez-Blanco and Velez Rubio both offer a great range of restaurants and bars along with fantastic architecture and places to see. With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

Luxurious villa with pool (with sliding cover) and barbecue, just ten minutes from downtown Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).
