Our cozy Sörmlandstorp is located just outside idyllic Nävekvarn, with a swimming area, forest and hiking trails around the corner. A glimpse of Bråviken and the archipelago can be seen from the cabin that was built in 1920. The jetty (5-minute walk) has both a child-friendly and a deeper part. Kolmården Zoo is 30 minutes away. In Nävekvarn there is a beach, harbor tavern, ice cream shop and grocery store. Heated hot tub is on the patio. In the kitchen and bathroom there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In addition to 6 beds, there are 2 children's beds.

Peaceful newly renovated house with old-fashioned charm. 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen - Total 72 square meters. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, as well as cleaning. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

The house is located on our farm and on the farm there are sheep, pigs and chickens. The house is newly renovated with 3 large bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor there is a newly renovated kitchen, large bathroom and TV room. The house has beautiful views of rolling fields and a large garden with a covered patio. 5 minutes' drive down to Söderköping and 20 minutes to Norrköping.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and natural accommodation just 5 minutes from Kolmården Zoo. Completely private fenced plot with parking. Swimming lakes and nature reserves nearby. Bråviken, which opens into the Baltic Sea, is 1 km away and there is also a sandy beach, fishing opportunities and a restaurant. Here, an entire family can relax and enjoy nature and proximity to swimming and the zoo. Nearby, there is a parking lot for school buses, which means that it is always plowed in the winter.

Perfekta huset för det större sällskapet som vill ha nära till hav och kunna njuta av tid ihop i stor trädgård och fin uteplats med sol från morgon till kväll. Tomten till huset är i anslutning till en småbåtshamn där en fin båtramp för att kunna sjösätta egen båt finns. Klipp och strandbad nära. Oxelösund är en fantastisk skärgårds stad med många guldkorn att besöka. Bra kommunikationer med motorväg enda till Oxelösund. 10 min med bil till Nyköping och endast 1 timme till Stockholm.

Med närhet till tåg, buss, Norrköping och Kolmårdens djurpark är läget perfekt för både kultur, vandring och naturupplevelser. Lokala restauranger och matbutiker finns dessutom på gångavstånd. Ett idealiskt boende för två vuxna som uppskattar det lilla extra.

Här finns Kanalmagasinet, där kan man sommartid äta en god middag, eller bara njuta av en kopp kaffe och glass. Avstånd till badstrand ca 8 km. Europas största djurpark Kolmården finns inom ca 3,3 mils avstånd. Vårt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).
