Holiday rentals with breakfast in North East Derbyshire District

Lovely house in a great location. Close to town amenities and the attractions of the Peak District. Also within close walking distance are coffee shops, supermarkets, delis etc. We had a lovely stay here for 2 weeks visiting family and friends in the area. Great base. Bekah and family were fantastic with their communication and were very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again if available for our trips.

Well located for town centre amenities with peaceful countryside views from bedrooms, this was a beautifully clean, tidy, well-loved family home. There were two small outdoor areas, one front, one back, and a clear brief instruction manual . We found the street numbering idiosyncratic and with no directions or front of house photo to help it was hard to locate without help at dusk.

I enjoyed my time whilst staying here. The place was exactly as described and clean. I also want to give compliments to the host for being very responsive.

It was everything we were expecting, central for all the heritage visits that we were planning to do. It was brought to our attention that we would have to be able to climb stairs. Sadly as an elderly couple we did struggle. Certainly didn't spoil our stay.

Booked this Airbnb so my family could stay for my sister's wedding. The place looked just like the photos—clean, spacious, and with a Co-op nearby for picking up snacks. Fin was super welcoming and quick to respond to any messages. We're really glad we found his listing and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Notts!

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

Scott's place was great for the six of us during our visit to Nottingham. The location was perfect, and Scott was on hand to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely house in a good location. Very clean with a great lounge, also comfortable and nice sized rooms. Jasmine was really helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

We Really enjoyed our stay at the Barn. Very quiet area but also very close to the shopping area and main roads which made it very easy to find. Alan was a Great host ,he replied to Messages quickly and gave useful information. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming . We would highly recommend the Barn . Thank you Alan 😁

Our third stay at Laura’s basement flat and definitely won’t be our last! Perfect location for bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre. Parking for just £1.50 and Laura leaves the permit in the flat for you. No issues at all with parking but the added assurance that Laura will move her car for you if needed takes away any stress beforehand. Laura is extremely responsive to messages. We also appreciate that despite it being a bank holiday and a big gig in the city the prices weren’t bumped up and this was still a bargain stay! As others say there’s steps and low ceilings but this is clear in the listing and we’ve never found it a problem. Thank you!

The accommodation was in a great part of Nottingham, close to city centre and great pubs and eateries. Parking isn’t great, but we managed to get into an ncp close by. Suggest u download the app in advance, will save u a couple of £. Instructions from host were great, but this is not for anyone who doesn’t like stairs lol. Had a great weekend and I’m sure we will be back.

Perfect spacious studio! The neighbourhood is excellent, cute shops and cafés, bus stops just minutes away. And Elisabeth was so helpful with local recommendations.

Perfect place to stay in. Really well connected to the city and peaceful surroundings. Responsive and friendly hosts. They left us some basics in the kitchen to eat or used, which was really nice. Would highly recommend 😊

Just stayed the one night whilst visiting children who are at the university. Really liked location, with parking too. Coop at the top of the road for supplies, although Grant left us a good range of essentials in the flat. Rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is lovely, enjoyed the morning sun with a cup of coffee. Very quiet for city centre. We have booked again!

Eve’s place was very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect space to start my studies in Sheffield. Eve and her friend were extremely helpful during my stay, and even helped me bring my large, heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs when I arrived, which I can’t thank them enough for! The neighborhood is quiet and Eve’s flat is a quick walk away from a tram stop that takes you into the city quite quickly. There’s also a beautiful park nearby to take long walks in. Eve was a great communicator and was able to provide me with any answers and advice related to settling in. I very much appreciate her as a host and would recommend her to anyone visiting here. Comfortable accommodation within a charming period property in a lovely village. Lots of local attractions, went to Wirksworth, Haddon Hall, Melbourne church and Calke Abbey in the two days stayed, all stunning … and lots more attractions in easy reach. Duffield is charming and has ample eating and drinking establishments plus Co-Op and newsagents in the village only steps away.

We loved our stay. The walk that Ian recommended was splendid, especially the dip in the river at the end! Very accommodating with dietary requirements and lovely fresh fruit as part of the breakfast. Wonderful hosts.

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

We had a lovely one night stay at The Stables whilst visiting for a wedding. Very clean and everything was very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and Angela was very accommodating!

A lovely , homely stay Jenny and Chris were perfect hosts . Location is ideal for exploring the Peak District .

The dog friendly bungalow was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and it's a great location.
