Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Springwood Cottage is ideally situated in a beautiful location on the edge of Derbyshire is completely self contained with its own entrance and private garden area with parking outside. The Cottage is completely newly built in 2020 and designed to the highest standard. Well behaved Dogs welcome. A deluxe super kingsized bed (6 x6 foot) with the most up to date memory foam layered mattress, featuring a sofa bed in the lounge which also is built to the highest standard from Darlings of Chelsea.

Oaks Edge View is a modern airy holiday home including Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Large bedroom with a King-size bed and separate comfortable sofa bed. The bedroom can be set up to be used as a twin bedroom on request with a separate toilet upstairs. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with a shower. A lockable lean to drying room for putting wet clothes and bicycles. There is off road parking and a garage available to store motor bikes. Oaks Edge View is 2 miles from Matlock.

Walking distance to local pub. Great road and mountain biking route.

Near Resturant’s , coffee shops and yet not far from the Peak District in one direction and 10 minute walk to the university and teaching hospital . Inside: private and self-contained . Comfortable double bed. WiFi, TV. Well contained kitchen , tea and coffee . Iron ,hairdryer . Shower room with towels . Outside area with table and chairs.

Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping.
