Holiday rentals with a hot tub in North East Derbyshire District

We are a group of 8 staying for two nights. Brendan was very helpful and responsive with the booking and provided clear instruction before and throughout the stay. They got the hot tub ready before we arrived and it was definitely the highlight of the stay! Everything is very clean as well. There were enough seating area and chairs in the living room for everyone to have a cosy night. We were a bit concerned about having only one bathroom among 8 people in the beginning but fortunately there was actually another toilet downstairs. The neighbourhood is also very quiet. We would definitely love to come back again!

we have just enjoyed a 4 night stay at this beautiful cottage. it was everything we wished for, clean, private and stunning views. The hot tub was amazing and we spent most of our time thanks to the amazing weather outside on the patio. it is the small thoughtful touches that make the difference, washing up liquid, laundry capsules, cooking oil, milk, bread and amazing eggs! The owner introduced himself when we first arrived and was very friendly but didn't intrude at all. We do not have a bad thing to say about this cottage, could have stayed longer! Thanks so much.

So enjoyed our stay at the Old Wash House. Everything was perfect from location to cottage & hosts couldnt have been any more accommodating. So many special touches from the freshly baked warm bread hanging on our door in the morning to the fire lit for our arrival. We loved it all & def hope to return ❤️ 😍

The fact that this was our second time here speaks volumes. Superb place, ideal for a 'get away from it all' break. Host lives quite close and responds immediatley to any queries. No cellphone coverage but superfast wi-fi. Can't wait till next year.

Had a great few days at Abi’s place for a friends stag weekend. The house is beautiful, spacious and all the amenities you need for a nice chilled break. The surrounding land/venue is also very nice with an on-site cafe etc but you feel very private and nobody interrupted us over the weekend. Just a note that the pin location on Google/Apple Maps is about 100/150m too far up the road and the house is quite obscured due to the courtyard and trees so search for “manor farm” on maps to find your way properly as we couldn’t find it for a while :)

Great stay. The noise detectors are a bit distracting and off putting of a relaxing vibe but can understand why it’s needed. We are not very adverse to hot tubs and found the instructions lacking a little and couldn’t get it working as well as we like but feel like that’s us. Otherwise great location and host is very response, would stay again.

Wow! We had an incredible stay at the Cabin @ Atlow Mill. The whole set up at Atlow Mill is beautiful and without fault. James was helpful from the start, sending us clear instructions, information and even offering flexible check in. When we arrived, James greeted us - even insisting on carrying our suitcases to the cabin ☺️. James showed us around the cabin, explained where everything was and showed us how to use everything. James also provided really helpful tips for walking routes, parking, where to eat etc. The cabin itself is immaculate, finished to an incredibly high standard and well stocked with all you could need - even Prosecco ☺️. As per one of James’ recommendations, we walked across the sheep fields into Hognaston and enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Red Lion. We also enjoyed a trip to Carsington with a long walk around the reservoir. We could not praise or recommend the cabin at Atlow Mill, and James & Chloe as hosts, more highly. We hope to be back again soon!

We had an amazing 4 night get away at the lodge with two dogs and five adults. There was a really thoughtful welcome basket for us on our arrival, including a few treats and toys for the dogs! Elizabeth was extremely helpful and responsive when we got a little lost on the way there, and was ready to check us in as soon as we arrived. She is extremely helpful and friendly, and even popped back a few extra times to keep the hot tub topped up for our use! The lodge itself is really lovely. It has very comfortable beds, is well equipped, and the shower is amazing. The toiletries provided were also a great bonus when we realised we had left ours at home! There was plenty to do in the area, but we spent most of our time at the lodge either playing board games or relaxing in the hot tub! We are extremely happy with our stay, and can't thank Elizabeth enough for her hospitality. We hope to visit again in the future!

Great, fast communication with Leon, as we asked him a few questions, and changed the number of our group a couple of times. Watson was helpful and friendly, dutifully tending to the hot tub. Gorgeous setting, something a bit different from the norm. The kitchen had good facilities. Really good value for money. I’d go back again.

Such a fab break from busy work life. The animals on your doorstep were lovely - great cabin for our 5 month old puppy!

A fantastic stay in a great location, host was lovely and friendly and always available to help. Location is close to pubs, good food and takeaways. Excellent experience will definitely be back again.

The Hut had everything you needed for a weekend away. Sits in a beautiful location and is very peaceful. Clean, tidy and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
