Holiday rentals with a patio in North Historic District, Savannah

I stayed at the Peach House in May of 2025 with my two children and my parents. The two separate bathrooms were a real draw for us, and I loved being so close to Forsyth Park. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the outside space was wonderful for my morning yoga. We brought two cars, so I inquired about street parking. Just be aware that it's possible you'll need to parallel park on the uneven brick road that runs in front of the house if you need more than the one provided parking spot. The large closet in the en-suite bedroom was great for bags so you could have more floor space. My 11-year-old daughter loved the day bed. Shower pressure was good, and between the windows and kitchen lights, it was a well-lit space.

The 3 bedrooms accommodated our friends and us for our international catch-up in Savannah! Excellent location, walkable and on the free DOT bus route into downtown. Grocery store near by. Loved that Forsyth Park was across the street. Enjoyed our time together in Savannah.

My parents and I enjoyed our stay this week. Nancy's place is in a great location that made it easy to explore historic Savannah and get to surrounding areas like Tybee and Skidaway Island State Park. Nancy was also very quick to respond to my messages. The age of the apartment naturally means there are some quirks (shower temperature was a game of teetering between hot and cold at times) but overall its comfortable and clean. Would stay again when visiting Savannah!

Alyssa’s place was great for our short stay. In walking distance to the river and anything downtown. Alyssa was great to communicate with!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! We loved the pool!

Me, my wife, and our toddler had a lovely stay at Charlie’s place. We loved the location - easy access to Savannah and Tybee beaches. The apartment had everything we needed, and Charlie was a kind and responsive host.

Ashley's place was better than expected! Her place was safe, quiet, and downtown Savannah was just under a 10 minute walk. It was perfect for what we needed!

Beautiful and clean accommodations close to downtown. Swethasri is very prompt on communications and was accommodating to our schedule. Check-in/out was simple, and with a garage and parking in the front, there was never an issue finding a spot or having to pay for parking. The unit has 3 levels so it is nice for a family or group with room to spread out. We especially loved the deck and the comfortable deck furniture was a plus. I would recommend this property and would book it again.

We absolutely loved this house! It was the most perfect location to get to Tybee Beach and to Savannah! The house was exactly as described. The master bed was comfy (and I’m picky). The kitchen was well stocked. The garage set up was perfect for my boys 16 and 12. There is an air conditioner in there that makes it so enjoyable. The pool looks small but is actually perfect for a handful of people. I always judge my rentals pretty hardcore and this was an amazing stay! Thank you for being great hosts!

Absolutely LOVED this place! It was so cute and the neighborhood is super safe— which I value as a female traveler. Keyan was very responsive and helpful, definitely the most helpful Airbnb host I’ve had! Lots to do in the area and very close to the historic district. The house itself had everything we needed and was very quaint and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Savannah, would 100% recommend!

This was a cute place to stay for my cousin’s 50th birthday! Lots of party supplies at the house, like a cake stand and balloon inflator. It was perfect for 7 of us ladies. The pool in the backyard was a huge bonus so we could cool off after a long day of walking in Savannah. It a great location if you’re looking to spend time in both Savannah and Tybee. 15 mins from each. Very central and close to hop on the freeway. They’ve done a great job of updating the house to be more modern. One thing to note is that the pink room has a step down - so if you have an ADA guest, they will feel most comfortable sleeping in the blue room. Even though the houses are close together, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The backyard felt private with a newer fence on one side and lots of trees to make it feel secluded. Plenty of parking for 2 cars front to back in the driveway. It’s great that there is a Publix right around the corner too so you can grab last minute groceries. Overall it was great!

We stayed here with our 2 children and it was perfect for us. The home looked just like the pictures. The river was really great to walk and good restaurants just across the street! The home was clean and had all the cookware for us to make our own meals during our stay! Will save this place for future visits.

We had a great time staying in this place. The host was proactive in communication and in offering assistance. The place was tastefully decorated and sufficiently stocked with items needed in various spaces. The location was perfect and a short drive away to local attractions and good restaurants. Highly recommended!

Took a short vacation with a group of friends to Tybee Island and Savannah. We all loved the location of the house perfect distance between the two cities. The house was clean & spacious enough activity for children. My friend's kids loved the ping pong table and the room they slept in. My only regret is that we only stayed for 2 nights, would have loved to stay longer! I would definitely love to stay at Allen's home again. They were great in responding, and even allowed us to check in early!

Extremely comfortable and cozy, very clean and private space, check in was easy and the host was very responsive, proactive, and professional.

staying a week at brass rail, was a great experience , very convenient clean pool, balcony with relaxing porch comfort, table and chairs for eating outside. wooden board walk directly to the beach.

Loved this place so much. Close to all my favorite spots. Very clean & comfortable. Garry was quick to respond on everything. There was only 1 small hiccup getting in with push button on key pad, but my hubby was able to fix it. Hope to come back soon.

An absolute gem of a place in Savannah. Easy walk to Forsyth Park. Quick drive down to Riverwalk area. The house was just as pictured and described. The original floors were incredible to look at. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything necessary plus more and beds were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and if I come to Savannah again would not hesitate to stay again.

Wake up to the sound of waves breaking against the shore, walk down to the beach to dip your toes in the water, and afterwards head across the street for breakfast or ice cream—pretty much the perfect experience. We will be back!

Amber is the best, as well as her co-hosts! She was quick to respond to any and all questions. The condo was neat and clean and had all we could need and more! The balcony had an amazing view! TV is super nice and HUGE! Pool is very nice and clean! Towels and thick and nice! Everything is super nice and we will book again!!

A Home away from home is what I felt me and my husband loved that it was nice and clean super comfortable bed love the soft pillows and the couch is cute and comfortable the private beach is a bonus everything you need for inside and out they have for you already there will definitely recommend

We had a fantastic stay! Condo is great! Beds were comfy. Loved the pool and beach access. Restaurant/bar so convenient! Awesome views! I would definitely stay again!
