Unique and luxury houseboat

romantic experience in the center of amsterdam. a quite and private place near Rijksmuseum and famous squares. the boat has a bathroom,one bedroom and a couch for sleeping so there is room for four persons and is private !tv and internet are available and the kitchen has an oven and microwave ready to use. the neighbourhood has nice restaurants, bars, shops and around the corner walking five minutes along the beautiful reguliersgracht you enter the rembrandtplein. this is a remodeled houseboat that still has its historic character. built in 1920, it was used to transport potatoes, sand, and all manner of food and industrial goods. the pictures show one of the original families that lived and worked on the boat in all of Holland. it is one of the best preseved houseboats of its age in Amsterdam.

A beautiful boat (Stevenvlet) where you can relax, even in winter , because the super heater keeps it nice and warm. The boat is located on the Woude , located on our jetties at Restaurant 't Kombof. De Woude is an island with 160 inhabitants. You get on the ferry that takes you to the other side in a few minutes and you are immediately on holiday. You can take a beautiful walk on the island. The Woude is centrally located. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam, Alkmaar or at the beach.

Welcome aboard! The Moana is for rent from July 2023. A cozy 9.5 meter boat on the Alkmaardermeer. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful view and the setting sun, after which you will be wonderfully lulled to sleep and you can hear the water rippling in the background. PLEASE NOTE: the boat is located on an island which can only be reached with a manually operated ferry. Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.

Cozy, romantic, captain's corner in Amsterdam

To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet
