Villa holiday rentals in North Holland

We had a lovely stay at Sabine’s Mahalo House – it’s a beautifully decorated and spacious home with a lot of charm and character. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. One of the windows in the bathroom didn’t close entirely, so it got a little chilly at night and in the early morning, especially when it was windy outside. For future guests, it might be helpful to check with the host regarding the window if you're visiting during colder days. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our time there and can warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay in Zandvoort with plenty of space for a larger group.

This place is great if you want to know more of what it's like to live in Amsterdam. It's a very family-friendly neighborhood, and the few neighbors we met were very nice. The kids loved the bunk bed, the chickens and visiting cat, the trampoline, and watching a movie on the huge projector wall, as well as the recommended Pllek restaurant. We also loved the huge screen (for GoT), the espresso machine, and the space. It may seem like the house is far from the city, but it's only a 15 minute drive to the docks by central station (we dropped my parents off for a river cruise), or 5 minute drive to the free ferry (with free parking) that takes you to central station. The grocery store nearby has anything you could want, and all the restaurants we tried in the area were delicious and fresh. We very much enjoyed Amsterdam Noord and the house!

Gertrude’s house is lovely. You can tell she uses it herself because it’s so well appointed. Gertrude met us on check in, was very welcoming and talked us through everything. We had one issue the next morning, but she was very responsive in sorting it out. The area is lovely. We hired e-bikes and were able to cycle to Utrecht as well as a country ride to view windmills. Amsterdam is a little further but I’m sure enthusiasts could cycle there. We caught the bus from 5 mins walk away then the train from Hilversum. We would stay again if visiting the area.

We have just spent 10 days in Jaxquline's beautiful house in Bakkum. The house totally matches the photos. Beautifully equipped, we didn't miss anything, inside and out. Our 4 children and teenagers have all found their account. (soccer goal, trampoline, bikes available, one TV in each room, as well as sono speakers.) Each room has its charm, the bedrooms are very nice and the kitchen huge! Surrounded by greenery, the house is bathed in nature, the forest and the dunes with the sea 15 minutes by bike. We were greeted by Jacqueline's in-laws who live right next door. Very nice and always willing to recommend tours to do or a glacier to absolutely try to do. We highly recommend the house. Great place in a beautiful location in the vicinity of Amsterdam

Everything was great. The cottage was as described. With 6 people we had enough space. The living space was very cozy. The area was quiet and we were 5 minutes' walk from the IJsselmeer. We could have spared ourselves the extra cost of the towels. We expected a little more for the price. In addition, bath mats were missing in the bathrooms. Otherwise, we liked it very much and we had a nice time.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this elegantly furnished and decorated beach house - very clean and comfortable with lots of interior space, nice backyard, and easy access to area amenities, e.g. walking distance to the beach, local coffee shops & stores including train station to Amsterdam. Located in a very nice, quiet, & charming neighborhood. I highly recommend this place!

What an amazing place! Beautiful villa directly on the waterfront. Wished we could have stayed longer. Great outside kitchen with a Kamado BBQ and all amenities you could possibly need. Shout out to the host, he was super helpful, responsive and made us feel at home!

We had a very nice time with our 3 sons of 4, 3 and 0 and the children's grandfather, grandmother and uncle. House looked beautiful, we felt at home, beautiful spacious garden. We enjoyed. We brought our own high chair and cot, as it was not available at the location, which was no problem.

We had a very nice stay in Bergen. It is a beautiful house and is centrally located in Bergen. Within walking distance of the center and close to the beautiful dune area. Lenneke ks friendly and helpful. The house has all the comforts!

Very nice accommodation half an hour from Amsterdam. Outside a nice outdoor bar. We had a great time with 16 adults!!

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

Great place in a super unique location right next to a restored and operating windmill. The bed arrangement was super cool and different which our children loved. Highly recommended for any big group. Lots of sleeping accommodations and close to Amsterdam and many other attractions.

An absolute gem right on the canal – a dream come true for design lovers! This house is simply a little paradise in the middle of Haarlem! The location right on the canal is not only picturesque, but also wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. The small garden is a green oasis, lovingly designed and ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The interior is exceptional – modern, exclusive and with a lot of flair for style and atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtful, every piece of furniture seems to be chosen wisely. You can feel right away: here someone with heart and a fine sense of design has been set up. The beds are wonderfully comfortable!

Everything as in the photos and description. Despite the cold season, nice and warm inside. You can relax from everyday life, watch the animals in the field,or relax in the sauna \ bathtub after an extensive walk on the beach and dunes. Value is great as well. We are happy to book the Airbnb again when we are in the area. Thank you Martina also for the nice communication and the detailed details about the apartment.

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything with you. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

We found everything as described and had a splendid time! Especially the fence around the garden was a relief for the parents amongst us. All the small water channels could have been a great danger. :) our kids enjoyed the garden, the playground and everything else a lot! And us grown ups the house and it’s amenities. Thanks!
