A free-standing building nestled behind our Spanish revival home in a quiet Burbank neighborhood. Vaulted ceiling with skylight. Brand new bathroom with rain-shower and soaker tub. Large living room and kitchenette space and a huge bedroom with plenty of storage. There is dedicated wi-fi and a comfortable office area. The house is filled with artwork from LA artists, to bring a little of the LA streets to the comforts of Burbank. Guests will have access to dedicated Internet Wi-fi, Roku TV, Netfix, Amazon and HBO, outdoor dining area BBQ. A washer and dryer are available if needed. The guesthouse is a separate free-standing building located behind the main house with a private, keyless entrance. We live in the main house. We look forward to meeting you! Our guesthouse is perfect for industry people needing to be close to the frenetic energy of Hollywood, but who still like the peace and quiet of a private retreat. For those looking to explore Los Angeles, we are close to the studios, shopping, Griffith Park, public transit and all major thoroughfares. There is one queen sized bed with a memory foam topper. An additional single bed can be added to the room if needed. The guesthouse has a separate kitchen area, however it is not a full kitchen. There is no stove or range. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. At this time we do not accept long term guests.

We provide a fully equipped kitchenette, a convertible king size bed, ample closet and shelf space, quality bath and shower products, fresh linens and towels, wireless internet, hair dryer, coffee machine, Netlix, HBO MAX, Hulu, Disney and other channels. Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.
