Holiday rentals with beach access in North Norfolk District

The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca's place! The apartment is very spacious, spotless clean and it has all that you need. We travelled with a 1 year old and we felt right at home. Highly recommended.

Probably the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed on a fair few over the years, perhaps a few every year. This was spotless throughout and had so much warmth and character within its walls. So close to the beach you can literally see the sea from the living room. Everything is close by. Would definitely book again as we loved it. Having beach chairs, windbreak and various other useful stuff in the property is a perfect way to make us feel welcome.

The apartment was so lovely, we had our 18 month old a with us and it was ideal. The only thing we struggled with was the heat and some noise from the road because it was 26 degrees and sunny most of the week so had to keep the windows open but that's no different to anywhere else and easily fixed with a fan from the shop down the road! It is a lovely clean and well stocked apartment and we would stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks so much! Great location for the beach and the local pub which served good pub food but you need to book for the restaurant. Accommodation as described, clean & comfortable. Water pressure superb, best shower ever & washer/dryer very welcome after an afternoon on the beach. Would be happy to recommend to friends & family.

We were very happy with our stay - it was quiet and peaceful, the house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with a lovely garden, close to the sea and to Sheringham centre. We especially enjoyed the coastal path walk and our many stopovers at Whelks Coppers tea rooms. The beach front is lovely on a sunny day (we did get quite a bit of rain but that is the British summer!) I also recommend the nooks and crannies of Peter' s (secondhand) Bookshop, and the fish and chips at Seafare.

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

A very spacious well equipped house, with plenty of room for 8 plus a very lively 3-year old. We found it to be clean, tidy and very well presented. The welcome hamper was appreciated. It’s in a very peaceful setting but only a few minutes’ drive (or an easy stroll) into Cromer. The weather wasn’t too kind to us so we didn’t make much use of the outdoor space, but there’s so much space inside (including the great games area) that we never felt on top of each other. Would definitely recommend.

Maire’s place is a gem. The photos don’t really do it justice. My friend and I have just stayed for a week and I can honestly say that you’ll find anything you may possible need for your stay. The little extras like room diffusers and lovely soaps along with delicious chocolate biscuits were an unexpected treat. We loved the little garden room. A great place to sit and read one of the lovely selection of books on offer. The house is in a quiet street and the walk into Cromer takes about 15 minutes. I think Maire has taken a lot of time and effort to make your stay perfect. We’d love to come back again.

Just finished a very relaxing few days and it was everything we could have hoped for. Stunning view and so peaceful! Caravan had everything we needed. Spotless and clean. So sad to leave and am already wondering when I could next come and stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Sara.

Beautiful property. Ideal with a bathroom for every bedroom so don’t have to share. Also a ground floor bedroom for those who struggle with stairs. We enjoyed our stay very much, lovely quiet location, walking distance to beach and pubs/ restaurants. As it was sunny weather also made use of outdoor area which has large table, bbq and seating area. Fantastic facilities including lots of crockery and glasses.

We were lucky enough to spend our 50th Wedding celebration with our family at Well Cottage. This was absolutely wonderful and we have created some special memories. The cottage is stunning and very well equipped. James and Mary left us a delicious 50th celebratory Carrot cake, a basketful of essential and luxury goodies and James baked us some scones on our 2nd day providing both jam and clotted cream. The garden, football pitch and children's playground were a great hit for our grandchildren. I cannot praise James and Mary and their beautiful cottage enough, they went above and beyond to make our trip special.I will be recommending to friends and family and hopefully returning as soon as we have the opportunity .

Spent an enjoyable week in this lovely apartment with fantastic sea views from every window. Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the sea on an evening. The apartment was spacious and well fitted out (even a full length mirror which most hosts do not provide). The whole apartment was spotless with an easy walk to shops and bars/restaurants. We decided to park in front of the apartments rather than using the underground garage as the access was a little tight for the larger car. We had no problems parking and generally a space was available along the street if we went out for the day. Check in went smoothly and it was very nice to have the use of a lift as we were on the second floor. There was renovation work going on in the children’s playground in front of the building but this wasn’t really a problem as the workers finished work at 4pm every day - sorry we never saw the finished playground before we left as think it will be a useful facility.

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

Had a great few days’ stay in Annetta’s house – loved the character of the place and surrounding gardens. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Annetta is extremely friendly and helpful and her contact beforehand was very good. Nice touches include the hot tub and breakfast bits in the fridge. This is an ideal location to relax and explore the coast and inland. I would definitely recommend and intend to return to explore more of the area. Many thanks!

Fantastic location, great views of the sea and the pier ( as well as the rain clouds ) . Very comfortable and spacious flat that had everything we needed. There was flexible check in and check out offered which we appreciated and some nibbles left for our arrival .
