It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.
