We loved going back to Bundaleer! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Quality fixtures in the bathrooms. The back deck is the highlight! We spent much of our time there overlooking the water. We enjoyed the kayaks--going out on the water each day. Also enjoyed the wine and cheese. Neil was always responsive to any questions we had. Lovely spot. Highly recommended.

Lindy’s place is always a favourite of ours. This was our second trip and we love this place. Lindy is a great host. No complaints

Our stay at Paperbarks over the Easter weekend was perfect for our extended family. Room for the adults and plenty for the grandchildren to do. Its position right on the beach was amazing. It truely was a home away from home. Jordi and Monica couldn’t have been more helpful and we cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend Paperbarks!

Beautifully styled home with everything you need. Great stay and location with good coffee shops and not too far from major supermarkets. Plus was the lovely cheese platter, fresh milk and juice on arrival. So great when we arrived on late flight. Minus was uncomfortable pillows but that might just be personal preference.

A hidden paradise on Macleay Island. My family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious beautiful home with ocean views from every room. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, from kayaks to a cake mixer, to 2 fridges and many beautiful serving platters. The large verandah gives direct gated access to the ocean. Very calm water, perfect for young kids to play in. Large BBQ to cook up a feast while relaxing in front of the magnificent view. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at George's studio had everything thing we needed and was clean and quiet. George is a great host and lovely person and we enjoyed our chat with him. Would stay there again when next in Brisbane.

This house is terrific for a large group and the pool was a delight when we have three littlies under two and two toddlers - it saved going to the beach more than once each day. So we all swam and were able to rest each afternoon! The size of the house allows for separation and space for each group/family/couple. Kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms were lovely and functional. The only (and I mean only) annoyance was the gas bottle for the BBQ was empty and we didn't realise until 6 pm - right after the general store that fills them up was closed. All was well the next day however. Will definitely visit for our annual family week together, and next year those littlies will be running around the wonderful (and fenced) yard!

We really enjoyed our time here, as a family of four with two young children it was the perfect base for us. The pool was beautiful, and the backyard greenery was spectacular. The house was gorgeous and had all the amenities needed including wifi and use of a laundry. It was within walking distance to the local shops and beach, we enjoyed exploring Wynnum and what it had to offer. Highly recommend

Perfect holiday! The house is in the most amazing location, with spectacular views of Moreton Bay and beyond. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Neil was an excellent host—extremely helpful and quick to respond, with great communication. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Only one night but we loved it and our relatives may be back as they loved it as well - good location for airport pickup/drop off and stay.

Located a few streets back its tucked away in a quiet back street, close to shops and located centrally to access Brisbane and sunshine coast. House is presented as per description with everything you would need for a normal stay. Highly recommended and Kirsty is extremely responsive and helpful.

Excellent home away from home, was perfect for a combined family holiday, plenty of backyard space and living areas to keep kids and adults happy. Loved the thoughtful touches Lisa added to make this a wonderful stay.

The house was beautiful, perfect for entertaining our group, with privacy for everyone. The kitchen had everything you need and was very well equipped to cook for large groups. Easy location to walk to beach. Lots of kangaroos which all the Canadians loved! Well exceeded our expectations. Hosts were very responsive when anything arose and were accommodating to our group with check in/ out time with the baby.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it! The location is unbeatable—right on the water, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Bernice was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and helpful guidance to make planning our stay easy. Although the weather wasn’t on our side, the comfortable and well-equipped accommodation allowed us to fully enjoy our time on Russell Island. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit!

Fantastic dining table in the centre courtyard as well as in the main kitchen area Really well planned out house with two separate TV areas in an absolutely superb position Kitchen had everything you will need . Great place with everything we needed and more. Loved how the sun set into the living room and the kitchen stocked plenty of appliances/utensils. We sure got our steps in going up 4 mini flights of stairs but it was nice having all the rooms/spaces on separate levels. Bus stop is around the corner and 4wd access is across the road with all cafes/restaurants within a 5-10mins drive so it is quite conveniently located too.

Fabulous house - perfect for our large family group. Lots of spaces and the pool and table tennis tables were great entertaining. Well appointed, lots of private spaces, lovely kitchen and bathrooms.

Lovely peaceful spot right on the water. We loved being able to tie our boat up to the pontoon and go sailing whenever the wind picked up. Bedrooms were comfortable and the square dining table a great fit for the 8 of us. Lots of fun board games to play and puzzles to do too. All round a great place for a family holiday!

We absolutely loved our stay. Michelle is an awesome host and the house is just gorgeous. It has been restored beautifully with a blend of the original home’s features, and modern style. Amazing wrap around deck and the train is right there if you want to go into the city. Very convenient. Five stars!

We had a great time at Pat’s retreat. The house had everything we needed for a family beach holiday with our dog. It is very well-equipped and comfortable. The location is close to everything in Point Lookout- beaches, shops, and walkable to the start of North Gorge walk. We only used the car to transport all our beach gear down but you can certainly walk to everything. For us, Straddie is not a place to go when you want good Internet access. It is a place to have good nature based quality time with the family. We love having no Wifi and being able to switch off. There was enough mobile data to check the weather and the ferry timetable. Thanks Christine for a great stay!

It was quiet and it was a good space for relaxation. And being a waterfront house, the view was great. It would have been perfect for fishing if someone wanted to fish. Overall, it was a very good experience.
