All you could want for a short stay really - plus a great local fish and chip shop.

The Pheasantry was absolutely the perfect place for us to stay. We loved the hosts especially, along with the beautiful space. We felt instantly right at home and loved the peaceful garden. The neighborhood was a great place to walk around and explore and we loved the trail skirting along The River Nene, where we found plenty of swans and beautiful scenery. It was also a good spot to drive from to reach many other locations that we visited. Couldn't say enough about the place and the wonderful hosts!

Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

As visitors from the United States, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, thanks to Keith’s outstanding attention to detail and commitment to providing a great experience. The property itself is stunning. The view is simply breathtaking — the kind that makes you dream of relocating just to wake up to it every day. Evenings spent looking out over the landscape were peaceful and unforgettable. Inside, the home is perfectly set up. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, and the bathrooms are immaculate — luxurious towels, elegant finishes, and a layout that’s both stylish and functional. Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here. We stayed as we were visiting friends in the village. The accommodation was very clean and located very conveniently - just a few minutes from the M1. Excellent value for money. Nice welcoming touches from the host with the gift of some wine and milk in the fridge too. Thanks for a great stay.

Cute flat; perfect for two people. Liked how the windows let a lot of light inside. We did no cooking as there was no need so cannot speak to that. The water pressure in the shower was great; we wish our shower at home had as much.

What a marvellous little gem!. A beautiful , immaculate self contained unit, with everything one needs for an overnight stay. Shane and his wife were the perfect hosts. Really appreciated the extra little touches, like breakfast things and toiletries. Can't praise this place enough!

My extended stay in Elaine's annex was just perfect for me! Its a cozy flat and has exactly what you need, was perfect for me whilst working away from home. Elaine was quick to respond, was very flexible and accommodating to my requests and was always ready to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to main roads into milton keynes, plentiful on street parking and a 2 minute walk over to Asda. Was a wonderful stay thanks Elaine, I will definitely be back!

I was born in medbourne and forever will view medbourne as my family home along with Ashley, just a couple of miles away. The welland valley is such a beautiful place

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

Really peaceful and comfortable stay. Check-in was really easy. Felt really private and relaxing. Good value. Will be back the next time I’m on tour in the area :)

I stayed at Amanda's place for a work trip an the location was perfect, quiet and peaceful but still only 5 minutes from the M40. Amanda and her husband could not have been more friendly. It's a working farm but not noisy in the slightest, if anything it adds to the tranquil vibe of the property. About 2 miles off the beaten track, plenty of dog walkers use the lane leading to the property plus Amanda's 4 very friendly and well behaved dogs give the place a very homely feel, with plenty of privacy. The garden and views over the countryside are perfect. The ideal escape from the city.

This was a great option for us as we were attending a wedding locally. Communications were great and arrival instructions clear and precise. All nice and clean on arrival, and as described.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

I was amazed, as others have been before me, at the generous number of provisions provided to make anyone’s stay easy and comfortable. I kept finding more each day. It is quite unusual but implores such gratitude from a visitor and makes it feel like the host is a caring person. I was also amazed at the accommodation itself because it is well planned and offers so much in a small space. It was quiet there and the bonus was being able to park on the premises. I would recommend this place.

Jane was nice, greeted my girlfriend and I as soon as I parked up. Showed us a tour of where we would be staying and was open if any help was needed. Lovely area.

I have stayed at Tim’s place before and every time I stay it’s just perfect. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is nice to use. I will be back when I’m in the area again

We had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft! The space is beautifully done — modern, cosy, and spotless, with everything you could need. We loved the peaceful countryside views, the woodland walks, and meeting the animals. It was a perfect escape. The hosts were thoughtful, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Stewart and Shirley are lovely hosts. The apartment is clean and you'll find anything you need. During our stay they messaged us if everything was alright which it was. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

It’s spacious with a well-thought-out layout, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and all the furnishings were modern and high quality. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
