Cabin holiday rentals in Northeast Italy

The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eco Alpine Chalet! Already upon arrival, we felt right at home. The description of the chalet was absolutely accurate and helped us a lot in the preparation. The chalet is furnished with incredible attention to detail - you can immediately feel that a lot of passion has been put into it. Everything was super clean and cozy – just to feel good! The quiet location in the midst of nature makes the stay a real relaxing holiday. We can highly recommend the Eco Alpine Chalet and will definitely be happy to come back!

Our stay at the Airbnb in Mathon was simply fantastic! The property is idyllically located in the mountains and offers breathtaking views – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A special highlight was the hike to Libi, a beautiful mountain lake about 30 minutes away. The nature, the tranquility and the fresh mountain air were simply magnificent. However, the lake is still a little too cold in May. In the evening we enjoyed a cozy fondue together – a real experience! The perfect end to the day was then in the self-heated hotpot under the stars – an absolute feel-good moment that we will not soon forget. Thank you so much for this wonderful time – I'm sure we'll be back!

The Baita dell'Est is much more than just a place to stay – it is a place full of peace, magic and loving details. The cottage is fantastically located, stylishly furnished and offers a real experience with the whirlpool and the view. We came for the 5th anniversary - and got much more than just a nice place to stay. We have collected memories that will remain. What made this stay so special was Nicola. His cordiality, reliability and tips complemented everything perfectly. You can tell right away: there's a real heart in it. We can especially recommend a breakfast at the Pasticceria Mastai in Chiavenna - heavenly! The surroundings also invite you to explore - nature, small alleys, good food. Nicolina was a joy to deal with, so welcoming and very flexible with the checkout time, delicious home made tart on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the views are amazing (in any weather!). Great private parking and the bonus of a washing machine. We ate all our meals on the patio, the clear screens offer great protection from either the cool evenings or the odd insect. Grazie mille Nicolina.

A perfect stay, beauty cabin, beautiful area! thoroughly enjoyed keeping the fires burning for the food and the hot tub! Will definitely stay again.

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Gorgeous place to stay in an incredible location. If you want seclusion, this is the best place surrounded by nature. We were given goodies in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. My husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and it was by far the best stop!

We were very warmly welcomed and super instructed. A wonderful place to unwind, right from the house you can hike wonderfully. The view on the lake is magnificent, for us with two dogs the location was perfect, everything easily accessible and yet completely relaxed. The equipment is great, from hot water bottle to lemon press, everything is available. We enjoyed the stay to the fullest, but unfortunately a week was much too short. 😁 Everything was tiptop!

Nadia is a very kind and helpful host. The cabin is beautiful and very quiet, fireplace and stove made everything very comfortable. In the morning as recommended by Nadia, in good weather, we had breakfast on the beautiful outdoor table. Definitely worth going back - quiet, private, and reassuring. Highly recommended

We absolutely recommend this place! It’s a bit off the beaten path and wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. You can spend lovely evenings outside, and the surroundings are just beautiful. If you’re looking to escape the stress of everyday life, this is the ideal spot. The accommodation is clean, cozy, and smells like wood the moment you walk in – such a warm and welcoming feeling. There were four of us, and we all had a real “wow” moment when we arrived. Alex greeted us personally at both check-in and check-out, which made the stay feel even more personal. We felt very well taken care of. Thanks also for being flexible with the check-in and check-out times – we really appreciated that. Keep up the great work! 😊👍

The property has an enviable location, the view of Camogli and the Gulf of Genoa is magnificent, the period villas that surround the property with their lush gardens are the perfect setting for so much beauty. The green areas and the large lawn with a majestic cherry tree at the bottom are another aspect that I liked. Mr. Stefano is a perfect host with whom it is pleasant to chat and the focaccia left in front of the door in the morning is an unusual customer service nowadays. Can't wait to come back.

Emanuela is an attentive and caring host, she welcomed us by giving us many valuable tips. The Ada chalet is a real wedding favors a few steps from many routes in the middle of the woods for which you do not need to take the car . The little house has all the comforts and the outdoor space is a plus for good weather to spend outdoors . We'll definitely be back.

Vilma's cottage is small but well designed in every detail, the location is unique, we immediately felt at home. The panorama is exceptional, the view of Lake Orta is unique; it is an ideal location for those who want to relax and spend time relaxing in nature. The equipment is excellent, there is everything you need. We will be back soon! Highly recommended!

We had a great time. It's a great place to unplug after a week in town at work. We will definitely return to enjoy some more of the tranquility that this place offers ☺️

The House is located in the small village Sobrio, up in the mountains. The location is great for the views, unfortunatelly because of the weather we could enjoy them only a little. But even though we had a lovely stay, really peaceful and restful. The House is really good equiped - you’ll find everything you need. It is nice that you can make a barbecue outside. And last but not least - Sara was an awesome hostess. Always nice and ready to help, replied quickly and was proactive ☺️

What a gem! The woods, the gardens, the water, and the art....to be in their presence was inviting and intriguing. For me the whole world melted away into leaf and drop and curiosity. The house was perfectly appointed and comfy, Luana was gracious in every way, and we thoroughly enjoyed Fanano. Day trips to waterfalls and lakes high and clear, then home to our cabin with sunny patio and river's constant lullaby. Although we traveled all the way from Hawaii, I do hope to return one day. Thank you so much Luana.

The stay with Devid and Fabio was wonderful. The cottage is tastefully and modernly decorated, the beds are comfortable. There is a nice rain shower and the kitchen contains everything you need. But, the best thing is the view of Lake Como. What a beautiful panorama that is a little different every day. In the red book, Devid and Fabio have collected a lot of practical information and ideas for excursions, we have visited a number of them: without exception, they were successful. In addition, Devid gave us all kinds of good advice and guided us well in the process of arrival and departure. We felt very welcome. Thank you very much for that.

We had 10 wonderful days in the house. We had a lot of traffic on the way there, so we arrived much later than planned, despite this we were warmly welcomed by Nicola's father. The communication with Nicola was always flawless and we received nice tips for the area. The house is, as has been mentioned many times, fantastic, with a view that is unparalleled. As if you are in a postcard, bizarrely beautiful. Despite many warnings, the road to the cottage was fine to drive and after a few turns back and forth you no longer turn your hand for it :). We'd love to come back soon!

Daniela was at the location when we arrived and showed us the way. The house is beautifully located in the mountains surrounded by a large garden, nice for our dogs. Lots of privacy. The house is reasonably centrally located in the north of Italy so that excursions to Venice, Lake Garda, Bolzano are easy to do. The area is beautiful and we have been able to take many beautiful walks. Drinking a cup of coffee in the morning, in the sunshine with a view of the mountains, was a fantastic start to the day! Daniela was easily accessible via the app for questions and responded quickly. Shops at a reasonable distance. We'll definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable at the place. We were able to cook all the desired dishes in the fabulously equipped kitchen and even wash laundry in the existing and impeccable washing machine. We were able to enjoy the quietness and the sun on the balcony. This is also great for breakfast or dinner. There is a small coop around the corner (supermarket), great for small errands(card payment possible). There is WiFi available which also works great, but as we have also worked online on site we can say that the WiFi is not stable enough for video conferencing. The pellet stove in the living room/kitchen is really great and also looks good, it warms up very quickly and the temperature can be controlled via a display on the side. What we found a little getting used to was that garbage disposal requires a 5-7 min walk to the main road, as there are the garbage containers.

Maria's place was the perfect getaway! The cottage was lovely, just right for the four of us. The kitchen had all the utensils you need to cook. The outdoor space was beautiful and functional, lovely garden. The fireplace inside brought a lovely atmosphere and warmth in the evenings. Communication with Maria was easy, we also got to know Maria's family! There are nearby grocery stores in Foresto Sparso, and just a small distance drive to Iseo. Nearby hiking trails, so there's plenty to do! I can recommend Maria's place to everyone!

Giordano was a very friendly host and helped us get to the cabin, as unfortunately our SUV had problems on arrival. He welcomed us in a familiar way and we felt right at home. Due to the remote location, it is the perfect place to escape all stress and simply switch off. The hiking and cycling region is stunningly beautiful! Glad to come back.
