Loft holiday rentals in Northeast Italy

We had a wonderful stay at Lorenzo’s Airbnb! The apartment was in a prime location - close to everything (steps from the Duomo) to see and do in Florence. It was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing balcony that made the experience even more special. To top it off, Lorenzo was a fantastic host! Very responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

The accommodation is a little further up the mountain. But you have a great view. If you want to walk back from the city, it's a bit of a climb. Very nicely furnished apartment with love for details. Everything worked beautifully. Geraldine is very nice, was always available, gave us tips and responded quickly. We will be happy to come back.

I can highly recommend staying at antonellas airbnb. It is a cozy, remote appartment with a gorgeous view and a lovely garden and terrace. The appartment has everything you need, including a small balcony and nice shared public areas like a yoga/sports room and also a sauna with a view (for a small fee). In my opinion, a car is mandatory to reach the remote airbnb, yet be aware that the driveway directly in front of the appartment is quite narrow (So if you have a bigger car, you might have to walk the last ~300m). Overall, we had a lovely stay, antonella is super nice and friendly and communication was easy. We felt welcomed from the start and are looking to come back at some point.

Everything was great! Responsive, helpful pre-travel communication, warm welcome, beautiful and stylish flat, plentiful and free of charge provision of food and drinks, comfortable bed, and much more. Dear Carlotta and Federico: you do an amazing job! Thank you so, so much for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at this perfectly located apartment, within easy walking distance of the main square and lots of bars & restaurants. It was even more spacious in real life than it appeared in the photos. Would happily book again if visiting Bologna.

A nice place to stay when traveling in Florence. The host provides detail information of the room when checking in and is always helpful. The room has a wonderful view!

The accommodation had a nice location, many bars and cafes nearby. The decor is beautiful and there are many beautiful details to discover. We had a really nice time in a nice neighborhood of Milan. When we arrived, there were even drinks and snacks. Thanks to Sebastiano.

Gorgeous apartment with antique furniture, and very helpful hosts.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Florence and had a wonderful experience overall! The apartment was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city's stunning sights and vibrant neighborhoods. It was spotlessly clean and matched the description perfectly, which made settling in effortless and comfortable. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottle of wine left for us, adding a warm and welcoming gesture to our stay. I truly appreciated this detail, which enhanced the overall hospitality. The only minor drawback was the street noise, which was quite noticeable during late-night and early morning hours. This aspect slightly affected the quietness of our rest but didn’t overshadow the many positives of the accommodation. Despite this, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Florence, especially for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful hosts. We would absolutely return again!

My husband and I recently stayed at Frederico and Erik’s lovely apartment in the heart of Bologna. The location is excellent-very safe and close to major attractions. The apartment was spotless and very well designed. We loved the skylight in the loft. We’d highly recommend staying here to our friends and family.

We had a great stay in Matej and Martina’s apartment, they were fab hosts. The apartment had everything we needed and more, they provided some lovely little extras on arrival, which we really appreciated. It was in a great location and we would definitely return if we are in Ljubljana again!

My husband and I had a great time at the Tiny Loft, it’s 💛decorated with style 💛 filled with a lot of useful things + clear instructions provided 💛 a quiet place where you can relax at any time of the day 💛 situated in a lovely courtyard with adorable cats Another thing worth noting is the excellent communication with the host, he is proactive and always in touch. There was a thing that we didn’t like about the apartment: the air conditioner barely cooled the space even at the minimum temperature. For weather in June, this is ok, we managed, but on days with higher temperatures, this can be a problem.

In a city full of history and art, I can’t think of a better place to stay. The space was incredible. Silvia & Carla have created a place that immerses you in all that Florence is known for. The neighborhood is full of local shops and restaurants and public transit makes getting around the city a piece of cake. If and when we come back to Florence, this place will be where we stay.

Unfortunately, we were only there for one day, but it was still worth it! The location is very good near the train station and the lake and from the great terrace you can see Lake Maggiore while relaxing in the hot tub. Ideal for relaxing!

We stayed at Irene's place with baby for a week. We enjoyed it very much. We especially enjoyed the pool and the view! The space met our expectations. However, the place is very small and the only supermarket has short opening hours. We were therefore happy that we were there by car to be more flexible with restaurants and supermarkets. We can recommend the place and will be happy to come back again!
