A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

La struttura sorge in una posizione collinare all’interno dei territori delle ville di Andrea Palladio. Da qui si può facilmente ammirare in tutta la sua bellezza il volo del gheppio nella vallata antistante, che ha ispirato il nome dell’alloggio. L’alloggio è uno spazio open space comprensivo di zona giorno e zona notte con bagno privato dotato di una doccia idromassaggio. L’ingresso all’alloggio è indipendente a partire dal parcheggio privato in condivisione.
