Monthly Rentals in Northeast Ithaca

Great safe and quiet neighborhood, clean pet friendly house and a park for dog walking one block away. traveling with a pet doesnt get any better and even though its on the "Cornell" side of town we have used it twice for Ithaca College events. juat a short 10-15 minute drive. Mary is super nice and reaponsive. Very highly reccommend.

Very nice and clean apartment for our Ithaca trip. Thupten is very communicative and helpful and even accommodated an early check-in for us. He also reached out a few times to ensure everything was going fine throughout the trip. Nice location as well, only ~10 min from Cornell and downtown Ithaca.

Patti's place on Lake Street was adorable. It is a nice little 2BDRM apartment right at the top of the hill on Lake Street. Parking was ample. Everything was as it was described online. The hosts were both so responsive anytime we had an issue or a question. The only thing I'd say is that the beds are full-size and I'm not sure 4 people could fit there. I don't remember if it is advertised for 4 but the 3 of us struggled to sleep - I shared a bed with my 10yo son and neither of us got much sleep. Not a poor reflection on the hosts, just keep this in mind if you need to share a bed with someone you're not going to cuddle with. IJS!!! Otherwise it was great and I'd stay there again - without my kid!!!

Great location and quick replies
