The house is great, with a great location. Since the time of booking, the entire team has served us super well, always helpful, with great suggestions and all our questions. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The house is really perfect. We intend to come back more often and, without a doubt, we will be in the same location.

The space is wonderful and is a few steps from the beach. The swimming pool is a differential. The house also has several items to make the stay more cozy, such as beer, barbecue, hammock and beach items. Complimentary, serve a breakfast specially prepared by Dani - which also provided us with two delicious lunches: shrimp bobó and fishfish. Camila is a super host and has helped us with everything, even in bicycle rentals. We love every day at Casa Sal.

Apartment with a great view, foot in the area right in the central area of gaiubu beach and inlets, close to the beach. Márcia's very fast service always helping.

I've had a wonderful experience in this amazing home! The mansion is stunning, spacious and very well-equipped, with a heated pool that was a real differential, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay, always available to help and respond promptly to any questions. One detail that made all the difference was the affection with which he received us — even sent us a special treat, which demonstrates the care and attention to the guests. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back again!

waking up, opening the door and facing the sea is a fascinating experience. In addition to the privileged location, Francisco offers a beautiful, cozy, comfortable and impeccable house. the access was really a little difficult for us in a car not very appropriate for Areia but the cottage is charming. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, everything very tidy and organized. The cottage is too beautiful and has everything we wanted to do nearby. You can do everything on foot and the place is super quiet.

This was quite easily my best ever Airbnb experience. The house is very nice and exactly as described in photos. it has an amazing outdoor space, with two outdoor dining tables, a great pool and area to sunbathe, hammocks, etc. it also has stunning views of Prainha beach and the surrounding forest, and we truly felt emersed in the beautiful nature. the private walk down to the beach was very useful and the cherry on top. perhaps the biggest factor that elevated this property was the private chef - Clea and her team cooked breakfast lunch and dinner for us, and not only was the food delicious, but they were incredibly kind and warm. we were here for 4 days and didn't use a car and were just fine - the walk to the beach takes 5 minutes and we used taxis to and from Itacare when needed. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

My stay was excellent! The property was exactly as described — clean, well maintained and very welcoming. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was attentive, polite and responded quickly whenever I needed anything. The experience was smooth from start to finish. The house is sensational!! Fully equipped, with air conditioning in all rooms. 3 suites on the second floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom in the front. Impeccable pool (super important at high tide) and access to the beach through the garden gate (a few meters to the deck to access the beach). A mind-blowing natural pool in front of the house (you can walk there at low tide) or, if you prefer, the natural pool of Patacho has raftsmen in front (cheaper than taking the raft further on). We went by rented car and still drove around the other beaches (all close) and took the tour to see the manatee (we saw 4). Nando's beachside bar for a juice, drink or snack. Anyway, we'll always come back :)

We loved the stay! The environment is beautiful and corresponds exactly to the photos, in addition to being very quiet thanks to the great sound insulation. Everything was excellent — the only suggestion would be to have a full-length mirror in the room, which would make all the difference. No mais, tudo perfect!

This place is perfect if you prefer a quieter beach and have children. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included and the pool was perfect to relax by with our baby. The view is perfect!

We had great days. Despite the rain, we were able to enjoy it. Daniel is careful to pass on information and suggestions that make it easier to stay and enjoy the area.

The stay was perfect and the hosts were always attentive. The accommodation is impeccable and has everything you need, and more! The only thing is that being a little far from the central areas, I would recommend staying here if you have your own transportation

We love this beautiful little house. It is perfect for quiet and simple people, who like nature and beach. It is important to say that since the little house is in nature, it will be exposed to the elements. There are animals that go in and out of there at will (mosquito, marimbondo, largartixa, etc.). This house is perfect for adventurers who like to connect with nature.

Chalé do Kite was one of the best choices of my trip to Preá. Since the first contact, Manu was absolutely amazing, welcoming, available and with that affectionate way that makes us feel at home, even though they are miles away from it. The cottage is a charm. Beautifully cared for, clean, comfortable and with all the details carefully thought out. The location is excellent: view of the beach, sound of the waves, with the wind in the right measure and a breathtaking sunset. The vibe of the place is unique, quiet, light, with that atmosphere of elegant simplicity that only those who really live Preá know how to offer. The village is growing, it is true, and there are inns being built around. But none of this takes away the essence of the place, nor does it interfere with the peace that the Kite Chalet provides. And Manu is one of those hosts that we carry in the heart. Getting out of here was like getting out of your house, longing before you even closed the door. A piece of Preá goes with me, and I'm already dreaming of coming back.

Amazing location, with delivery options by stores or IFood! In front of the natural pools. We had some questions about the place and were always promptly attended to by the host, their service is impeccable!

Paloma is great host. The contacts and orders were all promptly answered. The house is a spectacle (despite being in a very simple condominium, with several old houses). The beach is wonderful. Completely empty. Good floor. Boa to play with the children. And if you're lucky, you can still see turtle spawning in front of you. Everything works. All clear. It was magical days with my family.

Wonderful stay, we felt at home so cozy it was. Not counting on the wonderful view, Fernando gave us a lot of support and it was pretty cool. I will definitely refer it to my friends and I intend to go back again, amazing experience! The flat has all the support we need, especially when we want to cook it has all the utensils, cutlery, cookware, stove, all very organized and clean.
