Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Northeast Washington

Cozy, little rest spot for our family of 4! Easy access to the Metro and bus. We were adventurous enough to walk to the zoo. A good hike up hill, but fun to explore! The kids loved the splash pad near the Columbia Heights metro. Having access to parking our car was amazing huge bonus! Jeannie Rose is super responsive to questions and needs. Definitely would consider staying again.

This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

A friend and I brought our 14 year old daughters to town for back to back concerts at CFG Arena and Northwest Stadium. This property was PERFECT for us! Very nice, modern, clean, had everything we needed, comfy beds, great bathrooms, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone for your stay in the DC area! The host checked in periodically and was so nice. 10 outta 10 recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Mimi and Jamie's place for 5 days/5 nights. The house exceeded our expectations - everything was thoughtful, clean, and organized. We had traveled from California and were looking forward to a restful stay, and we were 100% happy that we chose this home. The furniture was well placed, and the rooms were attractively designed. The furnishings brought smiles, and the plants were a perfect addition. The house is beautiful, and waking up with greenery around us was so amazing. The kitchen ware and dinner ware were just right - there were wine glasses too! The sheets were clean, and the curtains were lovely. There was an ample supply of bathroom/body soaps, paper supplies and just about anything we might need. It was so quiet at night. The house was fresh smelling and stayed that way. We felt at home and felt safe. We loved every day we were there.

Great location, nice neighborhood, gorgeous kitchen and space, had a lot of amenities and things to feel right at home (e.g., kettle, coffee pods, utensils etc). Easy to get into the city just via the Empower App (like Uber, Lyft) - really appreciated this tip from the hosts!

Great place to stay. It was quiet and close walking distance to everything. If you park in the parking garage, keep your ticket even if you can pay using the mobile app for the garage. The parking attendants did not understand how the app worked and even though I had the receipts that showed that we paid, we were forced to pay again on our way out.

Thank you for letting us use your apartment. Our co-worker was pleased to have his own space while commuting to work; very convenient and very nice.

In person as advertised wonderful home and in the right area close to everything love the colors very clean and great hosts will be back here soon!!!!!

This establishment is generally commendable; however, it is noteworthy that during periods of rainfall, water tends to leak from the roof. Aside from this issue, the location is satisfactory, offering a tranquil environment and convenient accessibility.

John’s place was exceptionally awesome.The place was spacious and clean. There were enough supplies that it felt so much like being at home. The place was peaceful and quiet. The back yard provides a serene atmosphere. Gathering for meals makes it a great family time for getting together. John was responsive to every questions and was very helpful. It is really a great place to stay. He went beyond to accommodate our request to make it possible to pick up an important medication that was left behind. Thanks a lot John!

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

This house had everything we needed for our stay. The added benefit was we could bring our small dogs. The yard was fenced so our dogs couldn’t run out. We used the park and ride at the Grosvenor station on the red line about a 15 minute ride. Patricia even left our dogs some yummy dog treats. We had an enjoyable stay!!

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Nice and cozy place to stay while visiting DC. Safe and quiet neighborhood that is a not to long walk to the metro. Great amenities and supplies offered in this, and Dan was super helpful and responsive. Keep in mind an older home so the drains in the bathroom drain slowly. But I didn't mind and can't wait to stay again! :)

I stayed at Ruben's apartment with 3 moms and 4 kids ages 6-11. We were visiting the national zoo and stayed here after a long day walking around. We pulled up and there was street parking right in front of the building, which seems to be in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The kids had fun playing the board and card games that were there and exploring the back yard space. We were able to cook a simple dinner there, but noticed there weren't any kitchen knives or a cutting board, that would be my only feedback. Otherwise the space was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family or small group visiting DC.

David was very helpful and made sure everything was set up properly for the hand off for when I got there David not a listing scammer like sheryl who list a lowest price so they show up first then when someone show interest say "that was a mistake I just look and other listings" the highest ludicrous rates only and ask for over triple the price in chat. never change that listing though. David's price is what he says it is

I was upgraded to a 2 bd 2 bath suite and it was amazing! We didn’t need all the space as it was just 2 adults and a toddler but it was still very much appreciated for the price paid. The area is perfect with lots of restaurants, the harbor a short walk away and many other easily accessible activities. This is a timeshare resort, if you’re not interested in the presentation just say no but expect that you will be solicited. The resort had so many wonderful accommodations and is so kid friendly. The only complaint I had was that one of the bathroom sinks clearly hadn’t been cleaned which I found odd because everything else seemed pristine so I didn’t make much of a fuss about it just cleaned it myself. I would definitely return.

This was a great place for our family to stay for our fall break trip to D.C.! We were so close to the Metro station, and it was really convenient to shops and restaurants. The layout was great for us to spread out. Kirstie was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!
