Down a dirt road, it's secluded but with wonderful neighbors. The closest town is 45 minutes away, and has great organic, farm-to-table restaurants. An ideal spot for someone interested in natural building or homesteading.

Kitchen, living room and front and back decks. This property also has a house that rents separately or together with the cottage. The house is called "Pacific Gem" and can be found through airbnb. The cottage nightly rate includes a county occupancy tax of 11%. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required.

Come stay at this rustic, unique, hand sculpted cob earth house in the heart of the gold country surrounded by wilderness. The house is magical inside and out, with unique curved walls and ceilings, facing a seasonal pond and home to much wildlife. Sit outside at night under the Milky Way, watching shooting stars and listening to toads in the pond. Please note the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is down an external staircase. There is no oven.
