Tiny house holiday rentals in Northern Europe

My girlfriend and I adored this place. The houseboat design is beautiful and offered everything we wanted - a beautiful deck overlooking the water, private sleeping spaces, a sauna, nature everywhere, and a kind host. In fact, Ulrica tops my list of favorite hosts. She gave us great tips but also lots of space. I hope to be back!

Daragh’s place is fabulous, a real gem, in a great location. The Pod is simply and elegantly furnished, with great views. We were given lots of local recommendations for activities and especially places to eat. A great place to stay in a must visit destination!

Stayed at karinas boathouse last week and it was perfect! The location was amazing literally 5 minute walk from the ferry that takes you across from central station and it leaves every few minutes so you are never really waiting on it :). This is my 3rd time in amsterdam and this has been my best stay so far it was so quiet and peaceful like a different side of the city. At the boathouse the view of the canal is amazing you can sit and watch boats go by and see lots of different birds flying and fish splashing in the water :). There is a local shop less than 10 minute walk for everything you would need for your stay. The fridge was super good as it kept everthing ice cold and it was great there was even a microwave oven to heat certain things we wanted to try :) also ordering food from just eat to the boathouse was super easy! Over our stay was sooo amazing and when we plan on comin back we would totally book this again if it was available :)

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here — from start to finish, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Giovanni went above and beyond in every possible way. Communication was quick, clear, and kind, and they were always available for questions or local recommendations. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I immediately felt at home. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — exactly as described (if not better). Small thoughtful touches like welcoming wine and snack board made it feel more like staying at a friend’s home than a rental. It’s clear that Giovanni genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We had a best stay! Can't imagine a better location - walking distance from gorgeous, very quiet beaches...can't believe there were so few people at them. Perfect for bringing the dog to... He's not always to be trusted on busy beaches with people having their picnic lunches (!!) ... so these were perfect. Great to have the hose for cleaning the dog when arriving back. The cottage is lovely - big bedroom is super comfy, and the loft worked well also (though note in the description that there's not much room for moving around in it!). The bathroom is amazing - shower is incredible. We had lovely meals on the picnic table in front of the house, watching the water and saying hi to the occasional people passing by. The kitchen worked well, though for someone who loves to cook it required a little bit of creativity with only 2 burners, but it didnt stop us having delicious meals. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would love to return - we didnt see seals this time so want to try again!

Even in the pouring rain, the stay in the beautiful cabin on the rock was magical with direct contact with animals and bird life. Would love to be there longer.

Perfect stay! Beautiful house with an incredible view. Worth every penny for the view alone! In addition to the hot tub and all of the great features, I also appreciated the thoughtful small touches, like sleep masks.

One pass. Finde very cool in the casita. To put a hit, the dry bathroom is good for a couple of days, but for a long stay with the heat and that would be a little more roll, it smelled a little. I miss some utensils in the kitchen but good what you need to cook and mount a table for two. Thank you Andrea.

Daisy, has a beautiful cottage. Where we had 2 great days. Beautiful garden and terrace at your disposal where I could roll out my yoga mat in the morning. The sauna and hot tub are totally private. In short, absolutely recommended. Thanks again 🙏

We absolutely love it here. This was our second visit and it never disappoints. Very peaceful and feels very remote, despite only being a 5 minute drive away from Jedburgh. Giles as a host is brilliant too and nothing is a bit of bother for him. Without a doubt we will be back!

Elson and his brother have built a real paradise on this little spot. You can tell that they put their whole heart and soul into this place. As two women, we felt very safe there and no wish remained unfulfilled. Elson was the best, most loving and caring host we've ever had. The campsite is a bit remote from the hustle and bustle of the city and is therefore very quiet and there is an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. We would love to come back and can only highly recommend the accommodation.

I can't even describe! Our Honeymoon was the best at Naomi's! Beautiful decorations, amazing hot tub and sauna! We enjoyed the warmth of the stove at night as well! It was so magical with the fairy lights at night! We truly enjoyed and made the most out of our night! I noticed a few reviews that we're complaining about the toilet and shower outside and that they wouldn't have booked it otherwise(I mean kinda get over yourself) If you're from the countryside you know what's it like! This was even more luxurious than what my grandparents used to have 30 years ago! You're surrounded by nature and it's beautiful! Worth every penny we ever have spent! I wished I had met her in person to truly thank her for the beautiful experience she provided for us. We will always cherish all of the memories we have made there. I have never felt more relaxed and could hardly wake up the next day. We thank you from the botton of our hearts for sharing your lovely tree house with us!

The accommodation is exceptional, even better than in the photos! The view is breathtaking and the terrace (as well as the apartment) is super well furnished (there is more furniture than in the photos). The welcome was just as good, Giuseppe is adorable, he made us feel very comfortable and he gave us a great welcome. I highly recommend it, it's a place to stay that's worth a visit.

This cottage was absolutely beautiful. My only negative is that we weren’t able to spend enough time there. The views, the sheep that visit, and the running hills. We stayed there for two nights as we were road tripping the south so the location was perfect for where we were going. Highly recommend this gorgeous place. We had minor issues locking the door (our fault) but Larus and husband arrived in minutes to assist. Thankyou both we can’t speak highly enough of this.

A truly magical experience! The hosts put so much heart into making sure we felt right at home. The house has everything you could possibly need, and every little detail is so thoughtfully taken care of. You can really feel how much love and effort went into creating this place – it’s absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time at the beach house! The house was superbly equipped, very clean and left nothing to be desired. The absolute highlight was of course the fantastic view - right on the beach, with a fantastic view of the sea. Communication with Ole was straightforward, fast and very friendly from the start. You felt right at home. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the house – perfect for a relaxing break by the sea!

We had a wonderful stay at the weekender. Stayed for 4 nights. Sarah‘s instructions were great for finding the place. It offered everything we wanted in terms of being right next to the south coastal path and offering peace and quiet in a relaxing environment There is a bus route about 25 min walk away. Make sure you stock up on shopping as you won’t want to leave. Comfy bed and sofa and lovely shower. Thank you Sara for making us so welcome.

Wow wow wow!! What an idyllic place to relax. The domain was a true paradise. We were able to stay here for 2 nights and what a pleasure that was! We went home completely zen. This was the most sensational location. The property itself is stunning and the surroundings so picturesque. We wanted to just switch off and get away from it all for a couple of days and thats exactly what we were able to do. Tony and Barbara are lovely and so very helpful, we loved learning about the history of the buildings and the Mill Pond. We will be recommending this property to friends and family. Ragnhild's and Morten's cabin is everything it promises: a comfortable and cozy hideaway on the fjord. The home is well laid-out, maximizing the views on the fjord, whether one is sitting at the dinner table or in the pleasant living room. We enjoyed sitting outside as well, at the little cafe-style table or on the bench overlooking the fjord, as we were blessed with nice weather. The bedrooms are snug, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking. All in all, a wonderful place to spend a few days (or more) in a beautiful landscape.

Beautiful accommodation with a lovely view of the lake. Was a lovely and cozy place to be, as this was a mini moon for my wife and I. I would 100% recommend! We loved it!
