Beachfront holiday rental in Northern Finland

The apartment is just great! Everything was as described and brand-new! An additional plus are the parking garage and the sauna in the bathroom. The communication with Laura was easy and proactive. She sent very helpful instructions upfront. We highly recommend this apartment!

The cabin was great and Saara was very accommodating and responsive. The location was beautiful, and we were able to see the northern lights while standing on the frozen lake! The sauna was warm and cozy, and Rovaniemi was a short drive away. Thank you for hosting us, Saara!

The villa swamp is a stunning, museum-like haven of peace and nature. Hunting land can be found nearby and you can really enjoy your vacation in peace. Carrying water and no-electricity is suitable for this place. Alex is great hosts and ready to help if needed. Everything went just as planned.

Very clean and cozy cottage in a quiet location near the center of Pudasjärvi.

My family and I were on an Easter holiday in Kuusamo. We stayed at Suvi's cottage that provided a great setting for calming down. Messaging with Suvi was flexible and quick. The cottage was clean and tidy, it was nice to get there. Grilling in a home, as well as a lakeside sauna and an opening at the end of the day, crowned the holiday.

What a wonderful experience we had at the Riekonkieppi cottage. The perfect place for the full Lapland experience. The cottage, the sauna, the hottub, the kota, the quiet environment and the view on the lake. It was magical. We really enjoyed from the first to the last minute. Lotta the host was really helpful and friendly. We also booked a car and activities with her and everything was really good arranged. For a small family or friends, we can highly recommend this great cottage.

Communicating with your host was smooth and quick. We found everything we needed in the cabin and a little more. Summer flowers in the doorway immediately made me feel welcome. Very neat cottage and just wonderful beach sauna! We spent a lot of time on the beach, in the sauna and eating soup. To top it all off, the scenery is ridiculously beautiful! I recommend it!

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Amazing experience. The location is great for seeing auroras (we saw them!) and only half an hour from Rovaniemi. The lake is very beautiful. The cottage is very well equipped and cozy. The only issue we had was the door locks which are not intuitive. The host's communication was very good. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Linda and Semi's summer house is the best place for adults and kids to relax and play in summer. we stayed there for 2 days. The place provides countless recreational facilities. you can have suna, hot tub, fishing, paddling, table tennis, ... The rooms are clean. The kitchen is full-equipted. We had a great time there.

We had a lovely holiday in Sanna’s beautiful home. It was perfect for the whole family - even better than we had expected from the photos. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes drive to the town but so peaceful and right across the road from the lake. We enjoyed so many walks on the lake, ice fishing with the equipment Sanna provided, the hot tub and sauna and the youngest member of the family expended lots of energy on the bouncy castle in the basement. Sanna was so helpful with recommendations in advance. It has been a wonderful family holiday, aided by good weather, bright blue skies and great sights of the northern lights. Saana is a fantastic host - good communication throughout our stay, with lots of recommendations and really helpful answers to any questions. We used the property as a stop off for a night on the way to Martinselkonen. There are plenty of facilities at the lodge and a plentiful supply of blankets, spare boots, and a stocked up kitchen with essentials such as spices. We would love to stay here again and have more time to explore the area

The most incredible host from booking right through to leaving. I had issues with my payment which Hans was so lovely about, he set up decorations and a little surprise for my husband on arrival as we were there for his 30th birthday and booked dinner reservations for us. Nothing was too much hassle for him, he always replied very quickly and i felt confident that if we had had any issues he would have sorted it out straight away for us. The accommodation was magical! It was so peaceful amd cosy, just felt like we were tucked up in our own little corner of the world. The views over the lake weather we were in bed, the hottub, or sauna were incredible and watching the aurora dance overhead was just better than I can describe. Everyone should visit this beautiful place once in their life ❤️ Thankyou Hans for the most perfect airbnb experience we've ever had!

The cabin exactly matched the description. Messaging with Jari went quickly and effortlessly. The lot was wonderfully preheated and she would have brought more trees to us if needed. The cottage was clean and we found everything we needed.

Absolutely wonderful little cottage, clean, in good condition, perfect place to relax. Modern well-equipped kitchen, separate sauna and laundry room, very clean and in good condition. In connection with the sauna, there is a cozy glazed terrace with comfortable chairs. It would have been nice to spend more time here. Thank you!

Mikko`s place was amazing, much more than we expected. I fell in love with the pictures and private location (based on maps analysis) but it was much better than described and the photos, will return!! This was by far the most stocked-up place we have stayed at (linens, kitchen appliances, cuttlery and kitchenware, toiletries, firewood for fireplace etc). All equipment is fairly new and in very good state. You have a panoramic view of the bay, perfect to stay indoors enjoying winter wonderland views and/or working remotely. High-speed internet and smart TV enhanced our evenings by the fireplace. We have also took advantage of the built-in sauna (as part of the house, accessible through the glass patio). Mikko is very kind and friendly, gave lots of suggestions and was forward thinking. He was very welcoming and his cottage made us feel right at home. Easy to communicate, even if sometimes some Google Translate is needed - good luck with learning English, Mikko, you are doing great!

This accommodation was absolutely amazing! Host was really friendly and everything went great. A particularly big plus is the spacious parking garage and the stunning lake views. The sauna was also a wonderful addition, and the whole apartment was extremely clean and functional. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

For a stopover or a few days the place is perfect. The old Town Hall has been beautifully decorated and the rooms are very warm. Thanks to Ulla Maija and Markku for hosting us. We recommend for a couple or like us a family of 3 to 100%. Let's hope to be back as soon as we can.
