The apartment was ideal for our first holiday with our golden retriever. The beach was close by, the garden was ideal for our dog. Both owners super friendly and had lots of knowledge to give us about the local area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Linh's flat. It was very comfortable and clean with a nice squidgy sofa. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Just one little note: we did find the bed a bit small. We felt that a king-size bed would have been more comfortable and the bedroom was certainly big enough to accommodate a larger bed.

Great apartment which is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fabulous views over the harbour and an easy walk into town. Chris 's communication is excellent and we'd definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

This is a luxury apartment in a great central location with a stunning view. Angus and Claire meet and greet you which is a lovely personal touch and they are a font of knowledge for the area. The apartment was sparklingly clean and the size of the living space exceeded expectations! It is a peaceful spot but a walk into town or to the beach is an easy 15 minutes. It has the best of everything and we extended our stay we loved it so much!

We had a lovely stay in Angela’s apartment. A great location too . Will certainly visit again in the future. A lovely and very friendly lady .

Had a superb weekend stay. Such a gorgeous apartment, lovely feel to it so we felt right at home straight away. Fabulously equipped in the kitchen and plenty of games and books in the lounge too. Super comfy bed and the showers were amazing! We parked at Turner Street Car Park which was only £6 for 48 hours. Ate at The Fish Shack on one evening, but plenty of lovely restaurants in walkable distance, just book in advance! Great apartment and next time we’re back in the area we’ll be booking again, thoroughly recommend.

Sarah was very easy to contact with any questions and gave us good advice with things to do locally. The location is quite and peaceful but within a 5 minute drive you can be close to shops, restaurants etc should you wish. The bed was sooo comfy. I would definitely stay again. 1 thing I would suggest is to read the instructions on how to get there provided by Sarah. I didn't until I got lost, then followed them exactly and took me right to the door 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic stay, perfect location for exploring Alnwick and surrounding areas. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Loved the view of the castle. The pictures really do not do Nigel's place justice, the kitchen is modern and fully kitted out, the lounge is large but comfortable, the bed is very comfortable and the underfloor heating in the lovely bathroom was an added bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the perfect base to explore the area. It's a well equipped and comfortable space with all you need. Benjamin is a lovely host and is very responsive. We already can't wait to come back! By far our favourite place to visit.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Fab stay at Diane's place. Lovely apartment equipped with everything you could need for a holiday. Loved the location which is peaceful and close to the beach and nature, yet also a great base for exploring.

This is one of the better Airbnb accommodations we've stayed at. Karen has thought of everything, from a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and cleaning, to entertainment options like DVDs and games. The thoughtful touches include torches, umbrellas, and a dog box complete with a towel, bowls, and a spare ball. The guidebooks Karen has put together are among the most detailed I've seen. Although parking isn't directly outside the property, we didn't encounter any issues parking just outside the lane, and it's only a two-second walk away. The accommodation is clean, lovely decorated, and truly feels like a home from home. One minor note: if you're sensitive to light, consider bringing an eye mask for sleeping. The charming town has all the essentials, including pubs, cafes, bakeries, chemists, and vets. Its location is ideal for exploration. We would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We have just returned from a lovely week staying in the flat at Beadnell. The flat was modern, spacious and comfortable. It had every thing you might need for great time away. The flat has a lovely view of the sea and was very well placed to make a good location for visiting the area. There was lots of helpful information to make the most of the locality.

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.

Lovely town, beautiful walks on the doorstep, plenty of food options, Mary gave great instructions and recommendations and the apartment was just as it is in the photographs, everything worked and well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the biscuits, milk and tea and coffee after a long drive. Will rebook to visit with my daughter in the future. Thank you Mary.

This is a jewel in Berwick Upon Tweed! We loved it! Location is great, close to restaurants and cafes, a nice stroll to the beach. Margaret and Derek are on every detail, we appreciate these small treats/gifts that made our stay a wonderful experience. We had a rainy afternoon and there were plenty of table games to entertain ourselves in the flat. We decided at the last minute to go to Holy Island and the hosts gave us suggestions on how to get there (without a car) and what to do there. I highly recommend this place that will make your trip to Berwick a lovely adventure! Thanks Margaret & Derek

We had a great long weekend. The apartment was in a quiet location with an easy walk down little traffic free lanes to the town, bus station and supermarket. It was a pleasant walk to the beautiful Alnwick Gardens and the great bookshop. Thank you

Nigel's apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and it was really nice to be greeted in person by the host - even though we kept him waiting - sorry Nigel. Excellent location with easy access to local bus services. That was great for us having travelled to the area by train, but we were still able to visit all the places we wanted to go by using the X20 only yards away from the accomodation and the 21 or X21 bus stop only 5 mins walk away. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation or host. All in all a memorable experience which we would recommend to everyone. Thank you we had a lovely week.

Had a great few days staying at Priya’s lovely home- exactly as described/looks on photos. Easy check-in, comfy beds, kitchen amenities-great location with lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and a local park within walking distance and only 10 min drive to Newcastle City Centre. Overall wonderful stay and great value for money, would 100% come back!

Stayed a couple of night and wished we could have stayed longer. Bob was really helpful and the place was beautiful and clean. We will be coming back

The Waiting Rooms was a delightful place to stay- spacious, comfortable, homely and well appointed. Its location was perfect for exploring Northumberland with shops, restaurants and parks close by. Richard was a wonderful host, welcoming us on arrival and providing us with great suggestions. When there was a minor issue, he came over to help immediately and nothing was any trouble. He was a pleasure to deal with.
