Holiday rentals with lake access in Northumberland Strait

Needing a home away from home to host family for our daughters graduation, Rebecca accomodated ALL our specific requests! The lake was so conveniently located and we all enjoyed, from morning walks, kayaking the hottub and even came across the house game options!

Gorgeous home. A really comfortable, liveable, well laid out place. Clean and uncluttered. Ben was great to communicate with. We liked the peaceful, remote location. It’s near Panmure Beach which was nice. Didn’t try the kayaks the way our trip played out but the bay would be a gorgeous place to explore on a calm day. Great sunsets on the deck across the bay. Note that it’s pretty far from everything. Just under an hour to Greenwich Dunes or Charlottetown. But the remote location has its own charms. And Montague town nearby has basics like groceries, pharmacy (and walk-in clinic should you need it), liquor store etc. The house next door is close-ish but not too close. We like privacy and didn’t bother us. On the other side there is a house under construction but it looks like they have stopped building and we didn’t see any activity there when we were there. Could be something to ask about before booking though. All in all a fantastic stay. We would come back.

We stayed at Serge's retreat for 5 days for our anniversary and we loved every minute of it! The home was beautiful, cozy, clean and private. We loved the view and the lights outside for evenings. On the day of arrival, the hot tub was not working. Serge was very attentive to this and was working on it before we even arrived, he had it fixed by the next day. We honestly could not have asked for a better vacation! Thank you so much for having us.

Absolutely a gem of a property! We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. The home feels wonderfully cozy, with windows framing beautiful views of the water or lovely grounds from every angle—so peaceful and relaxing. The photos don’t do the interior justice. The decor is a unique blend of modern and antique, thoughtfully arranged with artistic flair. Everything was spotless, and there wasn’t a single drawback. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for evening s’mores, and the string lights made the nights feel magical. My daughter especially loved the swings and hammocks. Truly one of my all-time favorite stays!

Delia’s house was absolutely perfect for us! While we enjoyed the busyness of our days in Charlottetown, Delia’s place was a welcome, quiet, restful spot to recharge. We took several day trips, from this excellent location, to nearby North Rustico, Cavendish and Stanhope, but also to North Cape, West Point and even East Point. The bed and bedding were supremely comfortable, and waking to the view of the water was a great way to start our day! We enjoyed watching the boats heading out to the oyster beds each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to return one day. Thank you Delia, for our wonderful stay in your spacious house. We also really appreciated the laundry facilities. Highly recommended!

We felt at home the minute we walked in. Rose has everything you would ever need for an awesome stay. Her place is beautifully decorated. The place was spotless, beds comfortable, so many towels for all of us, laundry facilities on site. The outdoor spaces have everything you would need, hot tub was great, screened in porch and lots of space to bbq and eat outside. We would have loved to paddle board and kayak but just too windy while we were there. All the outdoor lighting on deck all on timers we didn't have to do a thing just enjoy ourselves!!

We just returned from a wonderful stay! The house was amazing and exactly as displayed in the pictures. Everything was spotless and the property and views were incredible - it was great to return to as our home base at the end of the day! We visited both Moncton and PEI which made the location perfect. We would absolutely stay again if/when we return to the area!

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The place held us extremely well for our daughter’s grad in Antigonish. We enjoyed the weather that gave us an early May bbq, a campfire and lovely morning views. The location and rooms made for a wonderful, relaxed, casual celebration with family. Thank you so much.

Avons bien profité de la tranquillité du lieux pour se reposer de la 1ere partie de notre voyage. Un bémol concernant le bruit matinal (6h-6h30) à l’étage au-dessus et qui ns réveillait.

Sweet hostess! Great little spot for a weekend home base.

I was looking for a cozy private place close to my friends on PEI. This was my first winter visit after 50+ years of summer trips to camp. The Island is bracingly beautiful in winter, and no mosquitos or people! This place I chose to take refuge from the cold was above and beyond what I was looking for. Will and Brian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, super accommodating, respectful of your space yet responsive if you need anything. The place is spotless, tastefully appointed and the shower is the best! I was treated to a welcome package of eggs, honey, jam, syrup, bread, butter, milk and skin care products all from the Island. If you are looking for the whole Island experience this is the place. I have new lifelong friends. And if you like dogs, you will love their dog, Daisy!

We had an amazing stay at Doug & Mary’s AirBnb! From the moment we stepped in the door it was everything we expected and more. The apartment is well appointed and the attention to detail was well appreciated. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the Adirondack chairs for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching nature, viewing the sunsets and seeing the ships pass by. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the reclining chairs in the living area were also inviting to slip into. There was no need to request anything because the cutlery, appliances, dishes, etc. were all there and of great quality. Our one and only request was for an outdoor footstool and Doug was there within minutes to provide one. We highly recommend this gem of a stay and look forward to visiting again in the future. Kara's place was exactly what we were looking for in an overnight stay. It was a studio, but it felt bigger and was very well laid out and decorated. It was clean and walkable to everything we needed. Kara was excellent in providing information and welcoming. We would stay there again!

Lovely cabin in a great location. Very well appointed to make your vacation easier. The screened in porch is the best feature for sure. Highly recommended.

This place is an absolute dream. I truly wish we never had to leave. From the beautiful interior, spacious layout and comfortable beds to the breathtaking sea view. Me and my little guy loved it!

The place was fantastic, a perfect venue for 4 friends to go on a short golf trip. Super well appointed place, a lot of nice touches such as labels on light switches (most places don't do that and you need to switch em all to see what they do!). Also, the beds were very comfortable, the night sky was amazing, it was very quiet and peaceful as well. We will certainly book again in the future!

Great stay! Comfy bed and Great water pressure for the shower. Beautiful area with views of the river. Amber was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was amazing. The cottage is very private. The cottage was very clean and the beds super comfy as well. My kids enjoyed playing the outside games provided, having a fire, and sleeping in the hammock. This is a fabulous place to relax and unwind.

Second time to this Airbnb... once again loved it! No complaints... had a beautiful stay with our puppies! Love being able to bring them to enjoy time together. Everything was perfect! Host was excellent! We loved the extra touch of the Christmas tree and decos that were still there for our January 2nd vacation (made Christmas last just that little bit longer) 🎄💗 Would love to be back !

The Main View was a great stay for us and our friends. The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home! It is conveniently located in the town, while still having a fantastic view over the water, both from indoors, and out on the patio/firepit. We were fortunate to have sunny days to sit out and relax. We'd certainly consider going back sometime.
