This cozy all season cottage is the perfect getaway and my home away from home. At this modern cabin, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while still being close to the city. All the amenities you might need are only 15 minutes away- Downtown Charlottetown and the University of Prince Edward Island. Imagine cross country skiing, sledding (kids) and snow shoeing from your front door! Although the cabin is your own private space, there are people available nearby to help as needed.

The LR/DR/kitchen area is open, carefully designed to maximize the view. There is a washer/dryer, high speed internet, a 24" TV and a heat pump for AC. Swim. Stroll. Or just stare. Rest. Recharge. Rejuvenate.

Exceptional views throughout; Bright natural light; soaring vaulted ceilings; sleeps up to six (6) people. The decks offer views of the sand dunes, ocean, and harbour or the gardens. The main level has a modern chef's kitchen, informal dining, two living areas with pullout sofa beds, one queen, and the other double. The full laundry and a bathroom with a shower are located on this level. The upper-level bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 38-inch TV, a loft and deck with panoramic ocean views.

Short stroll to restaurant and small liquor store. Grocery, winery, microbrew, lobster pound, further restaurants. While not an ideal beach for swimming, there are several within a short drive.

The property has 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, bright living room, covered front porch, large side deck. The cottage sleeps 10 people. The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
