Tiny house holiday rentals in Norway

A mega nice and beautiful place to stay, for us the 2nd time. We again very much enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the fishing! Contact with the host is very nice!

It was by far the most beautiful accommodation we can remember in all our years of travel. Every detail is clever and carefully thought out, you can tell that Sverre built the house with a lot of passion and attention to detail. Underfloor heating! A small oven in the kitchen! Fur on the sofas! Freshly scented bed linen! Slippers! Felt pads for sitting outside! (I can think of 20 other things.) We regret not staying longer (only 2 nights) and will gladly come back. The Hobbit house is worth every kilometer of travel and every Norwegian krone. Thank you Sverre!

Agriculture and Architecture mix. Living on the farm. Hike the property to historical Viking battle site. Golden hour sunset from property was amazing. The boathouse is a special and unique salute to Norway. 🇳🇴 Hope to return and stay longer next time. 🤞

Like the other reviews, we are delighted with the stay and the reception. Lovely cottage, beautiful and peaceful location and very nice and welcoming host. There was a rowing boat and a fire pan available and beautiful surroundings. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had a lovely stay at Beatte & Håvard's cabin. They made us feel right at home including special touches like having a few toys for our 6 year old. The location was magical and our only regret is that we only booked for 4 nights instead of longer. Everything is set up to be cozy and peaceful. They had great recommendations for local hikes and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Definitely recommend!

A super cozy tiny house very close to the center of Melbu. Shops are within walking distance, and you can park right in front of the house. The house is fully equipped and everything is super clean. Siri gave us recommendations for great activities in the area, which we found inspiring. We can well imagine returning for a longer period of time!

Absolutely amazing stay! The little house is so nice and cozy, with a small kitchen and bathroom but surprisingly spacious living area and bedroom. The sauna is beautiful. I really enjoyed the little sitting area outside as well as a walk down to the nearby river, where I met some friendly horses on my way. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area. Robertas was a very kind and attentive host, sharing knowledge about the surrounding area and a warm introduction. 5 stars!

We stayed for three nights and absolutely enjoyed the cabin and the surroundings. Nice getaway - if it wasn’t us leaving for some shopping, we would not have met a single other person for three days straight (in June). Peaceful and quiet. Amazing views (words and pictures can’t describe). The living room is very generous and bright. You can see the mountaintops in the distance whilst sitting on the couch <3

We had an excellent stay with Rune and Merete. The accommodation offers a stunning view of the river. The room is cozy and romantic, perfect for a peaceful getaway. It's possible to take a swim in the river and then warm up in the sauna. We were especially impressed by our hosts' kindness and responsiveness.

Beautiful place. Lovely with a sauna and a cold tub. I found complete tranquility both outside and inside with fantastic views in a quiet place.

This tree-top cabin is absolutely magical! Everything is made with precision and care, with intricate architectural details. We have had a fantastic weekend watching birds, paddling canoe and rowboat, taking a sauna and swimming. The cabin is equipped with everything you need, and with a comfort you do not expect in the wilderness. We have had a great time and found real peace up in the treetop in the forest. A unique experience!

Great cabin in beautiful surroundings. Well-equipped with everything you need, clean and organized. Location perfect for day trip over Suleskard and to Lysefjorden. Nice host, we would love to come again. Would recommend!

Great place, great surroundings and close to Bø. Kåre is very accessible and responds quickly.

Such a beautiful location! Easy to get to via public transportation and right by great hiking.

Small hut with good facilities, thanks to the Airfryer you even have a kind of oven. Shopping is within walking distance. Værøy offers great hikes and a lot of peace and quiet.

It was such a pleasant experience to stay at his place. Loved everything thing. They just made our stay super special 🙂

The accommodation is absolutely recommended!😊 We felt totally comfortable and were able to switch off from the stressful everyday life. The view of the lake, the tranquility, the nature, the area and the little adventure with the outdoor shower and the outhouse made it so special. While we were there, there were an incredible number of caterpillars. It didn't bother us and it was probably just seasonal, but it could be a problem for someone, so I'm mentioning it here. Otherwise, it was so great!😍

Superior privacy and incredible location. I spent a ling afternoon walking around the property late into the midnight sun!

Lovely apartment, with great views. Only be aware that you have to bring your own bed sheets or sleeping bag.

The cabin and the place are fantastically nice, it was also quiet and peaceful in the area. There are an incredible number of nice trips and a lot you can experience nearby - we were there for a weekend, but should have had a week to explore more. The water just below the cabin also surprised us with a couple of great trout of around 500 grams.

comfortable, peaceful place. good exercise opportunities nearby. we got good advice. the cottage corresponded to the description, good beds, clean. good value for money. possibility to sauna and swim in the river.
