A beautiful treehouse . So impressed with it , Everything was better than the photos. The beds were so comfy . Lovely area to walk around aswell . Stunning location . Only thing i will say is it does creek a bit with movement but after a few minutes you hardly notice

Was für ein atemberaubendes Baumhaus. Der Blick aus dem Fenster, auf den See und die Natur wirkte wie gemalt. Ein wirklich magischer Ort. Das Haus ist absolut smart gemacht und sehr gemütlich gebaut. Wir kamen sehr zur Ruhe, ganz so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Knut André und seine Frau Mara haben alles liebevoll und detailverliebt hergerichtet, sodass wir uns direkt sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt haben. Für uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Küchenausstattung war super. Die Versorgung von Wasser, Gas, Holz und Kerzen war bestens vorbereitet. Die Sauna und Hot Tube haben unseren Aufenthalt dazu abgerundet. Dazu drei Tage strahlender Sonnenschein. ☀️ was wünscht man sich mehr. Wir haben unsere Sachen sogar mit dem Boot transportiert. Danke für drei unvergessliche Tage. Maik, Isabel und Teddy 🐾

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the tranquil experience of the location. Lots of hikes and things to do in the area.

Beautiful house - was what we expected from the pictures. Scenery was unbelievable, it was quiet and private. Really wish the hot water had been working in the kitchen sink and outdoor shower. Also wish the hot tub wasn't an extra cost to use -- it should just be part of the overall price as it's one of the main draws and features in the rental description. Overall amazing, would stay again, but for the price, would want the hot water working.

Idyllisk tretopphytte i vakre omgivelser. Veldig positivt at det var et fullt fungerende kjøkken og bad. Enkel inn- og utsjekk, og veldig fine detaljer med nyplukkede blomster i en vase og sovemasker for lyse sommernetter. Anbefales virkelig. Det man kan være obs på er at den ligger ganske nærme nabohytta (tretopphytte), og de går rett forbi for å komme seg til den. For oss var det en barnefamilie, så vi var ikke like «alene» som vi så for oss, men det gikk helt fint. Man ser nesten ikke den andre hytta fra denne grunnet mye vegetasjon, så det går helt fint.

We stayed at Sigmund's tree house for two nights and it was a great experience. Sigmund welcomed us warmly and showed us everything and gave us many recommendations for activities. He checked on us every day and was always available. The tree house was cozy decorated and had everything as described.

Fantastisk hus for store og små. Alt av nødvendig utstyr var der. God, rask og hyggelig kommunikasjon med vertskapet. Kort gåavstand til bakeri/lokalbutikk. Eit hus som skiller seg ut pga ein særegen garasje og trehytte med alskens aktvitetar. Me var 9 vaksne og 3 born - god plass til alle 12, og alle er storfornøgde!

This place is a dream- absolutely beautiful surroundings and views looking out over the Trondheimfjord/ Monkholmen. The inside is very colorful, comfortable, and very cozy. The provided breakfast food was delicious to cook with and we had a blast hiking around the area. It’s a quick commute to Trondheim in our rental car but close enough for Ubers to be an option. 5/5!

Absolutely wonderful stay, definitely a hidden gem, would throughly recommend

This is a very unique place! And if you want to get off the beaten track and enjoy the fjords in a more adventurous way then this is your place. It’s a forty minute hike through beautiful woods and then you surface and can see the landscape and sea starching out into the distance. It’s beautiful! Watching the midnight sun set over the course of hours from that high up. The tree house is well thought out. And has everything you need to cook, shower etc. somethings are slightly fiddly but Margareth is a great host and will help you out on text message with anything that you can’t figure out . Only thing to say is bring an eye mask. No curtains. Apart from that could recommend more

It was as great experience to stay among the treetops. The location was private and quiet we only heard the birds. The cabin looked good as advertised. It was nice that we could use the caneos.

Denne tretopphytta er helt magisk! Alt er laget med presisjon og omtanke, med finurlige arkitektoniske detaljer. Vi har hatt en helt fantastisk helg med å titte på fugler, padle kano og robåt, tatt badstue og badet. Hytta er utstyrt med alt du trenger, og med en komfort man ikke forventer i villmarken. Vi har storkost oss og funnet virkelig roen oppe i tretoppen i skogen. En unik opplevelse!

Incredible stay! The views are absolutely stunning. The river and being immersed in nature was so peaceful. The walk to the cabin was beautiful and enjoyed every moment of the stay.
