Vanhan Rauman sydämessä sijaitseva makuuparvellinen huoneisto on valoisa ja korkea. Majoittujan käytössä on upea saunaosasto, jonka kiuas lämpiää hetkessä. Huoneisto on persoonallisesti sisustettu, ja majoittajan rakkaus vanhoja esineitä kohtaan on selvästi havaittavissa. Huoneistossa majoittuu neljä henkilöä: nukkumapaikkoina toimivat parivuode ja kaksi lattiapatjaa. Huoneistossa on lisäksi sohva.
