Die FeWo mit 40m2 befindet sich in einer ruhigen , idyllischen Lage auf unseren Dreiseitenhof . Aus der Wohnung tretend befinden sie sich gleich auf der zu ihrer Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m , als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Sie wandern in 15min.durch die Weinberge und erreichen das Seußlitzer Schloß ,der Elbradweg ist von uns aus nur 400m entfernt , im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen perfekt. Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder sind kostenfrei .

Welcome to Gutshof Dobschütz, the smallest place in Saxony! In the middle of the Lommatzscher Pflege, an agricultural region in the heart of Saxony, is our idyllic farm in a secluded location. Our cozy apartment was decorated with a lot of love. We have donkeys, cattle, chickens, geese, ducks, sheep, quails & cats. Of course, you can help with the animal care every day & get to know all our animal residents. Pony rides can be booked externally in the neighboring village.

The cosy accommodation (approx. 45 sqm) is located in Groitzsch (district of Klipphausen). Centrally located between Nossen and Wilsdruff. The A4 motorway is 8 km away. The Frauenkirche in Dresden can be reached in 25 minutes by car, and Albrechtsburg Meißen in 20 minutes. It takes 50 minutes to reach Königstein Fortress or the world-famous Bastei.

Vacation apartment in Nossen near Meissen and Dresden

We offer a fully furnished apartment with a feel-good atmosphere in rural tranquility. Due to the convenient location (near A4/A14/B101/B175) or the nearest bus stop only 200 m away and parking space (up to 7.5 t) on the property, it is possible to arrive with your own vehicle. The amenities are up to date after the 2018 renovation. You can find peace and quiet on the small terrace by the house. Shopping (bakery, butcher, supermarket) for everyday needs is nearby.

Modern apartment in the old town of Meissen

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

We have lovingly created this gem from a barn/stable building and would like to invite you to explore our beautiful area. Many beautiful hikes can be started from here. Even Radebeul, with its beautiful district of Altkötzschenbroda, can be planned as a hiking excursion.
