Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

Independent cottage attached to the house and vegetable garden, nature and tide atmosphere for lovers of sea-country landscapes. Tide visible from the terrace. Very little traffic. Shallow beach 100 m away, at high tide. No barriers, just flowers. I walk in the vegetable garden, depending on the season and your smiles, I will share it. Private parking, TRAILER and BOAT POSSIBLE less than 5.3 m. Free boat launch 600 m away! Ideal for hiking, kayaking, fishing (bass and sea bream in the Ria).

Maisonnette rustique (ancien corps de ferme), près de notre habitation. Composée d'un petit séjour au RDC (canapé lit BZ 2 places), d'une salle de douche avec WC. PAS DE CUISINE. A l'étage (mezzanine), un lit 2 places (140cm). Idéal pour faire une petite pause au calme. Jardin derrière la maison.
