warm and friendly welcome, impeccable house, functional, well-equipped, good bedding, nice maintained garden. accommodation close to all amenities and shops, and beaches. nice little touches from the hostess, very responsive and particularly adorable with my 5-year-old son. We highly recommend!!!

This is our second stay in Claire and Luc's pleasant accommodation and we particularly enjoyed it: a new terrace is well furnished. The apartment is quiet and very well located for visiting the whole island. And Luc is available as soon as we ask for him We strongly recommend Christine and Mauritius

Pleasant stay in Noirmoutier in Véronique's small cottage, well furnished. Small gestures are always welcome after the trip! We were able to appreciate the natural riches of the island through beautiful hikes. At this time of the year, it is a very nice place for a few days of vacation!

Great week in this comfortable house, with neat decor and very well equipped. We were able to enjoy our stay thanks to the ideal location close to shops on foot and restaurants recommended by our host and the beaches, 10 minutes by bike. Perfect for a family, we loved it!

We had a lovely weekend at this house. The location, right next to the sea, is ideal for access. The house is decorated with great taste combining refinement and comfort. Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

Spacious and beautiful apartment, close to the beach. We had expected a little more from the town but had a wonderful holiday. There is also plenty to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's. The apartment is great! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, close to the tram, bike station, bus and lots of things can be done on foot. Close to supermarkets (crossroads and biocoop). For a long stay it's great😊.

The house is faithful to the description, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and a dozen from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the description of the listing but I think that given the price of the rental it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there is no basic grocery store (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) nor basic hygiene (PQ, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

We had a great week in this house despite mixing weather. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The courtyard is very pleasant and convenient for getting dressed up when returning from the beach with a nice outdoor shower. The rooms are pleasant too and we sleep there peacefully because the street is very quiet. Sandrine and David are very kind and welcoming. The house is 50m from the beach and the embankment which was still under construction this week. Shops are also nearby, 3 minutes' walk.

A very nice place to stay. I thank Teva for all the information given and its proximity. The jacuzzi is a real plus... A rejuvenating and very comfortable weekend!

Thank you for this place: large, peaceful and very pleasant! we had 1 very nice stay with the family thanks to the spacious house and especially the pool that we were able to enjoy. Only small accuracy for the next guests: there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the bathroom is not accessible for 1 person in a wheelchair. we exchanged them with Corinne who took note. we did not understand each other when booking. apart from this small point that didn't taint our stay, everything went well!

The house is very nice and the amenities provided are great. We had a great time. We'll be back.

We had a great stay in this large house perfectly suited for holidays with family or friends. Franck and Luc were very responsive by message, and one of them even came to see us to make sure everything was going well. The instructions for the arrival and the course of the stay were very clear. The house is well located, just 5 minutes from the shops in Commequiers. The large plot is a real plus: perfect for outdoor meals, with many games for children and a swimming pool. Our animals also enjoyed it a lot 😁

Very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated and functional a short walk from the port. The terrace with its spa is a real plus to relax and enjoy with your surroundings. Responsive and accommodating host, we recommend this very friendly cottage!
