Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Relax in this very quiet (dead end), elegant 170 m2 house with a pool heated to 30 degrees. Located 20 minutes from Nantes city center and the Beaujoire stadium/exhibition center, 40 minutes from Saint Brevin and La Baule. The house is also at the foot of the Gesvre Valley and its many Celtic hiking trails. Breton draft horses and eco rural museum are 300 m away. Close to amenities on foot (doctor, delicatessen, caterer, bakery, hairdresser).

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people.
