Cozy basement apartment only 12 minutes from Torp Airport, train station, and the boat to Sweden, and only a 2 km walk to the city center. Here you have most of what you need for your stay. If you have a car, you can park right outside. You can sit outside in front of the apartment and use the garden if you wish. Europris, Coop Xtra, Meny, and a pharmacy are within walking distance of the apartment. We are a family of 3 + 2 cats who live in the house above. We have an active 8-year-old girl, so there is a bit of hustle and bustle in the house. A good playmate if anyone has children :)

It is as nice here in autumn, winter and spring as in summer. The cottage is adjacent to campsites with kiosk and restaurants, and 1 km from Foldvik Family Park.

Approx. 4.5 km to Tønsberg city center, and only a kilometer to Tolvsrød city center. Lots of amenities nearby - 4 grocery stores, several gyms, spa and wellness, hairdresser, etc. Lived here for 5 nice years, and aim for 5 more. Large south-facing terrace with pavilion and outdoor furniture. Nice place at a nice price.

This special place is close to everything. Between pedestrian street and Storgata is surrounded by Bryggepromenaden and Nygaardsplassen, both with countless dining areas. The apartment is from 2020, appears as new. Inside it is functional and nice. Outside you are on a large porch with sun all day and large dining area, so you can have meals on the roof of the city. The view is beautiful over the city and down the river, towards Isegran and the Old Town.
