NB The accommodation is on three floors, the main floor is the living/dining room, with views of the valley and waterfall. A haven for wildlife including kingfishers. The bilingual English owners live on site.

We are 2 minutes walk from St Sever High Street, the village has everything you need for your stay - supermarket, butchers, bakers, tabac. We offer a great base to explore the Calvados and Normandy region and are just a few kilometers from St Sever Forest. This first floor apartment is spacious and newly renovated. It can be booked independently for up to 4 people or with our ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 6 people.

Cute little house in the town

Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf.

In the countryside 3.5km outside of Sourdeval this house offers a great base from which to explore all that Normandy has to offer. The house features two bedrooms, each with comfortable double bed and private bathroom. There is a light filled kitchen and down the spiral staircase there is a large open plan living and dining room with a log burner. Outside there is a patio surrounded by a large garden, complete with barbecue area, a hot tub and an indoor heated pool . On site parking.

Lovingly renovated and modernised, environment friendly and contemporary. The house offers a special living experience. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

We have a child friendly garden with an enclosed splash pool (seasonal) and patio area, play area with swings, a football net, and facilities to play badminton. *Please note the splash pool is not heated*
