Holiday rentals with a patio in Nova Lima

The apartment is excellent: great location with restaurants, bars, bakeries and markets about 30, 100, 200 meters away. Neighborhood with great residences, very cozy, very trendy night restaurants. In the apartment, we have a very spacious bathroom, a large living room with a balcony and a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, with cable TV, refrigerator, induction stove, microwave. The building is very cozy, with a beautiful reception and the best of all (WITH A VALET AND PARKING). Going out for dinner? "Call the front desk and request your car." I have been to many places in Brazil, but I was impressed with the quality of the property and reception. I certainly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is reading this comment.

The apartment is extremely well located, with a supermarket in front, and several restaurants. The lobby of the building is very kind and helpful. Érika's place is Marvelous! The location: The accommodation is in a noble neighborhood.It is super quiet and still has a lot of nature around.Here is a lot of ease of transport and the streets are guarded by security.You will find supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants and two mini malls just a few blocks from the house. The house is a huge Mansion with space for everyone to be comfortable. By far ,this was the most equipped place I've ever been on AIRBNB. The kitchen is complete in appliances,with fridge with ice machine, coffee machine… There is barbecue and a pool that is always clean. The house has its garden,with fruit trees and fine herbs. And has sustainability,with solar powered showers. Nightlife in the neighborhood is bustling with exceptional bars and restaurants!

We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description - exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very receptive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

Great house, comfortable and with impeccable cleanliness, clean bedding and no mold or anything that might bother allergic people. Lucca was attentive and solicited. The condominium is safe, quiet and still has an internal market. We had a disagreement regarding the heating of the pool, but the owner made the correction in the listing. A detail that is not very evident in the photos is that the environments are integrated less the barbecue that is in the garage, but it was not a problem. Taking away the problem with the pool, it was a great experience and I recommend the site.
