Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Nova Vas

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! We used the place as a base for a motorcycle vacation. Since we were traveling with a trailer, we needed a convenient location and enough space to maneuver. We had both of these in excellent measure at Emanuel's place. In addition, the house was perfect for us. We had enough privacy, the city was not far, shopping and restaurants were more than enough within the vicinity. Besides, Emanuel is a really nice guy. He was always nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable with him.

Great place to stay for a larger group and exactly as described. There was even more equipment than described (e.g. towels were provided). You should know that communication is external and not via Airbnb. But everything still worked out great.

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

We had a great time in Vizinada and Villa Melli. House was located with a great mountain view and matched the pictures and decription perfectly. The host was super friendly and helpfull during our entire stay. If you enjoy a big house, out door pool and spa, private space and relaxing area? This is perfect for you... You can go hiking, ride your MTB or bike as the area is perfect with hills, mountains and beautiful wine yards and olive plantages. 20-30 mins Driving distance to Koper, Porec, Novigrad and Umag/ shopping. House is very spacious, clean and nothing was left to wish for. We will return for sure. Great house, great location and great host.

Super nice villa with top amenities, there is really nothing missing! (One bedroom unfortunately does not have a shower, just a bathtub - this is the only thing that is not quite optimal) The hostess was extremely nice and the communication was very straightforward. Had a very nice week there.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill
