Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The accommodation is part of our family-run tourist farm, "Pod staro figo / Under the Old Fig Tree." Located in the authentic village of Gažon, the house sits on a scenic hilltop overlooking the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. Because the village has only a few tourist capacities, it has preserved its peaceful, local character.

The newly built and modernly furnished house is located in Kastel not far from the border of Slovenia/Croatia. The situation is ideal for a family vacation where they can have a nice time. The pool is available for their private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main street is far away so you don't have any noise. Beaches are a short time away.
