Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

The apartment is located in a residential building, on the second floor. About 15 minutes walk to the center of Varaždin.

There is a free WiFi, bedroom with ensuite bathrom, washing machine and walk-in wardrobe as well as lovely terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clothes dryer in the common space . Parking is provided in the yard and is free of charge.
