Holiday rentals with a patio in Novi Vinodolski

We were a family of 5 people and a dog in the apartment. Everything was as described. The property is very spacious. Everything is clean, the amenities are great. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away and you can also reach the center of Crikvenica within 15 minutes along the beach promenade. We would book the place again anytime!

We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. Large underground parking space, where our bicycles could also be parked. Beautiful pool with loungers and umbrellas and a great view. Fantastic tranquility in the residential area. All in all, highly recommend!

Natasha was a very helpful guest with lots of local recommendations. The place is lovely and perfect for a few summer days - with everything in walking distance and super fast Wifi (around 250 mbps +-)

A structure that fully responds to the published description, well-organized and clean common spaces, the pool is as fantastic as the whole dehor of the property itself. Room that also meets expectations. The living room is the caretaker who is always present and available to customers, a very friendly, hospitable and very professional person. Very convenient location, close to the super market and 5 minutes on foot from downtown Malinska. I will definitely be back

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was really beautiful, very stylish and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very generously furnished. The terrace was really great, we just missed loungers on this great terrace. Communication with Annabella was perfect.

Dear Vlado! We felt very comfortable in your apartment! The apartment is super cut, very clean and the view fascinated us! The proximity to the place is perfect! You can walk to the beach. There are shopping facilities and good restaurants, and two bakeries are also within easy reach. Selce is a great, lively place where you will certainly not be bored in the evening. The beach promenade to the next larger town can also be easily walked along. There are countless swimming opportunities here as well. We had a great holiday week with our children and will certainly come back! Thank you for the hospitality :-)

The stay at Dragana's was very nice. She and her husband are great, very friendly hosts. Your apartment is quite small, but you have everything you need. The view from the terrace is very nice, as well as the path to the sea behind the house. The surroundings are also beautiful and the promenade is very close by. The airport is nearby, but we only heard one fly on our walk. It may be because we were visiting outside the session. We definitely enjoyed it there.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

The accommodation was clean and functional for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Cabinets for clothes were sufficient and the bed comfortable. From the small balcony, you could look at the sea, the mountains and the neighboring islands. We had breakfast there every day, with a wonderful view. The 200 steps down to the beach are a breeze, but going back up is exhausting, but doable. From the beach, you can wonderfully stroll into the town. In the evening, it is wonderful to see the sun sink into the sea. We were also totally thrilled with hiking in the Velebit Mountains. The hosts were always available and very helpful. We had problems with our car, the landlord drove us to the workshop and arranged everything.

I liked everything at the highest level! Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartments. There is everything for your stay, down to the smallest details! Beautiful view of the sea, and the old town. All the sights are within a few minutes' walk, the beaches are all nearby, clean and comfortable. A quiet and peaceful place. We were met by a grandmother, she is wonderful, so hospitable and pleasant. She showed us everything, and there were treats waiting for us on the table, it was very sweet and pleasant. In general, everything was very, very good!😊

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

This studio was a great place to get a break from winter. We received a warm welcome at check in. Thoughtfully decorated. Beautiful views over the sea and cool sea temperature. Close to town but calm area. Close day trip distance to all the neighbouring countries. The cleaners had missed some places. It got quite humid inside as there’s no bathroom fan.

Dijana is a wonderful host and her place is absolutely amazing. There’s everything you may need for a longer stay and the yard which is beautifully decorated was great for our kids who wanted to play there the whole day. The beach and the shop are on a walking distance. My recommendations!

Great accommodation with a fantastic view. We were incredibly well looked after by the hospitable hosts. Anamarias mother offered us delicious homemade lemonade when we arrived. We also got help ordering delicious pizza home as the children were hungry after the trip. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Nice barbecue area. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had it completely private but if there was anything the hosts were available to help us at any time. We are very happy with our stay.

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

The apartment is simply perfect and can be highly recommended. We felt very welcome. Everything very well and clean. Sanja is really a dream hostess.
