Apartment Kon-Tiki is a 54 m2 loft apartment located on the 1st floor of a brick house in the center of Karlovy Vary overlooking the garden. The apartment is airy with high ceilings. The house where the apartment is located is the oldest in this part of Karlovy Vary. Families with children will find a refuge and plenty of space for children's games. Fishing enthusiasts will also find everything they need here. 100m from the bungalow there is a bistro with excellent beer and something to eat. 1 km away there is a large swimming pool with beach volleyball and water games and a playground for the little ones.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The apartment "Olga" is located 5 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.
