It is a real half-timbered/Tudor house with 20 cm square wooden structural materials that can be seen from the outside. At an altitude of 1,100 m, you can enjoy a refreshing summer in the highland forests of Karuizawa, as well as a quiet, cold winter with heating throughout the house, high thermal insulation and airtightness, making it warm and comfortable indoors, and it can also be used as a base for touring the ski slopes. Enjoy a barbecue on the large balcony that you can access from the living room. Barbecues in the forests of Karuizawa are exceptional. Harunire Terrace Dragonfly Hot Spring is a 2-minute drive, Prince Outlet and the ski resort are a 10-minute drive. We have opened a 22-tatami underground studio! Piano, drums, 2 guitar amplifiers, 1 bass amplifier, 24 channel mixer, JBL speakers, 65 inch organic EL TV, DVD player, vocal recording booth, mahjong set Use it for band training camps, piano practice for children, mahjong with old friends, watching movies on a 65-inch organic EL large screen TV & pro sound! This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.
