The spectacular house, worth every peso you pay, the photos, although the house looks beautiful, it is better when you see it, the pool is comfortable enough, the house is very spacious, many details, it has everything you need and more, of course I will return, very good location and good area. Lina is an excellent host!!

The place is very private and quiet, the truth is very cozy and has everything you need to make you have an excellent vacation, we are sure to return soon

Dont look any further. If you are considering this airbnb, book it you wont be dissapointed. The room is amazing and has all the things u need for your stay. the property was fantastic too! This place is always cleaning the pool and surroubding areas. It looked pristine all day long. Rosy was a great host and has one of the best checkin procedures i have ever had. 100% highly recommend. I will be back!

This place was a hidden gem! Such an easy spot on the beach, very quiet and private. Incredible views, the in-house restaurants had decent food. Not a lot of other food options within walking distance, but many just a quick Uber ride away. Beautiful pools, extremely clean common spaces, and great gym we used daily. Everyone was so friendly, and the unit was excellent! We would definitely return.

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problem

We stayed for 5 nights. This place was amazing. 8h floor views omg! My kids 17, 14, 13 and 11 had an amazing time having family time in the patio. shared smiles and laughs together. They were amazed the by 3 swimming pools, they loved the size of the location and the bedrooms. The bathtub in the master bathroom was a hit. Our baby 3 months old was a happy baby there as well. We loved it since the moment we walked in. Would of been a lot easier to have a Nespresso or Espresso machine jeje, since we dont drink brewed coffee. (but our morning drives to starbucks were awesome) We look forward to returning to unit 806 again.

The only thing we didn't like was a lady from the complex staff who was rude to the children who were with us in the pool. Instead of giving them instructions correctly, she went straight to wanting to get them out of the pool and report them, without much tact to say things.

Amazing! Alejandra welcomed us with pleasure even though I unintentionally confused me with the flight schedules and we arrived two hours later than I initially told them. Alejandra was aware of us at all times. Also the staff of Peninsula gave us good service. The facilities are just like the photos, both the unit inside and the building, swimming pool, and beach. The location is quite private and they take security very seriously. To enter the Flamingos area where Peninsula is to be identified, also identify yourself before entering the property facilities, and wear bracelet throughout the stay. I loved that there was only 3 units coming up to our apartment, so there was no wait in the elevator. The assigned parking lot is also relatively close to the elevator. The water pressure and temperature was excellent. We could have two showers and the washing machine at the same time. A/C worked great. We'll be back!

Beautiful apartment. Beautiful resort-like area. We got locked out briefly due to an issue with the door but the hosts fixed the issue quickly. Great response time by hosts!

Excellent place for a vacation in families. A quiet place to vacation. The apartment has everything you need and even more to have all the possible comforts to make you feel at home. Highly recommended

Vanesa and Lucia's attention was excellent, the instructions clear and responding quickly to my needs or concerns. The apartment is in very good condition, with good accessibility and location, as well as easy access. We had a great time! My only suggestion is the renovation of some items such as pans, ice cream and beach chairs as some of them are broken or in inadequate condition.

The apartment is pleasant. The 3 air conditioners work 100%, so we never felt hot in the apartment. It's clean, quiet and the pool is large.

The studio is great, a very quiet place, comfortable and no noise What we liked the most was the view, the large and very beautiful pools. The host was very kind and always attentive

Great place for A vacation with families. The complex is relatively new and in very good condition. There are enough palapas and beds to find the beach area and has several pools. The beach is excellent and very good for swimming. The restaurant/bar service is good. It is allowed to bring an ice maker to the beach. The apartment is just like the photos and Very comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.
