Holiday rentals with a sauna in Nuevo Vallarta

Very nice spot. Super clean and with a great view. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. Bed was very very comfortable! Definitely will come back and stay again if in the area. Thanks

Everything is great and faithful to the listing

It is an excellent place to vacation, Robert (host) was very helpful at all times, he solved the doubts within minutes and is very flexible with the schedules. The place is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Access to vidanta is very easy and hassle free. The pool in the condominium is very large and is free most of the time.

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

Our stay was excellent! The place was immaculately clean, very well equipped and exactly as described in the publication. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but in a quiet area to rest. Communication with the host was quick and very friendly, always willing to help us with any questions or local recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future

Beautiful and spacious penthouse suite at Seibal condos located adjacent to Vidanta. Views were amazing and the patio was stunning. Beautiful small pool on the outdoor patio with great views. The condo has its own huge beautiful pool that is peaceful or you can take their golf cart shuttle to Vidanta pools and beach. So many pools and activities to choose from! Vidanta has the poolside bars and service, lazy river, water slide, adults only pool, beautiful beachside area with food carts (amazing tacos and churros) and palapas on the beach. Seibal does not have any restaurants on site but it takes about 15 min to get to Vidanta restaurants/markets by golf carts, you can do Uber Eats, take an Uber to grocery shop/go to restaurant , or pay $40 to have Ricardo and team get groceries for you, or have chef prepare a day’s worth of meals. Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely perfect stay! The condo was stunning—elegant, comfortable, and with breathtaking views from every room. Elva and Fabiola were exceptional hosts. Fabiola went above and beyond—arranging airport transfers, booking tours, and offering helpful local tips. She was always available, incredibly kind, and fluent in both English and Spanish, which made everything so easy. The rooftop pool and restaurant were highlights—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and often all to ourselves. The service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. The gym was well-equipped, and room service added an extra touch of luxury. The location was ideal a private beach right in front, close to everything yet quiet and serene. Ubers arrived within minutes, making it easy to explore the area. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully handled, and it truly felt like a luxury getaway. Huge thanks to Elva and Fabiola for making this our best travel experiences ever! -this place is a hidden gem!

A great place to stay, with all the amenities and a great location

Amazing place with great pool for kids and steps away from the beach. We were also able to order food at home via room service which was very convenient when traveling with kids. Would love to stay here again!

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Everything was amazing. We stayed there before, and this was truly an amazing experience. Not that others were bad, but Karol was an amazing host.

Kenny's condo is absolutely luxurious. The photos don't even capture the true beauty of the apartment. The views of the Puerto Vallarta sunsets from the enormous balcony can't be beat and the furniture and art is well selected. Each room is climate controlled, the kitchen island is immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pools are huge and entertained our toddler for hours. Kenny was responsive to all of our needs and even suggested a wonderful private chef to cook for us on our last day. Note that it is a fairly steep hill to get to the apartment building, but the climb is absolutely worth the views. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

We had a lovely stay at Patricia’s beautiful home. The place is exactly as described-with PLENTY of room for our family of 7. Patricia could not have been a more gracious host-very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We loved the privacy of this place and felt very safe and secure with our surroundings. This golf course area is good to play, take a walk or run near and the fitness center is top notch! The beach is a bit of a walk to reach, but once there you have a pool and ocean at your disposal. We had a bit of a hiccup with the water heater, but Patricia was dealing with that and I am sure will be fixed in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!! Thank you Patricia for making our vacation stay so enjoyable!!

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

Quiet place, very comfortable, we will definitely come back.

It is a very safe area, ideal for the protection of the family. It has two access filters: one at the entrance of the residential area and another upon reaching the private one where the house is located. It is important to have a car as the property is somewhat away from shopping centers and beaches. The house is just as shown in the pictures, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Also, the host was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better.

We had an incredible stay. The unit matched the photos and we loved having the daily ocean view. Beach and pool access were just right downstairs so super convenient. Loved being able to hear the ocean waves at all times of the day. No complaints. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
