Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Miguel's place is nicely located in a quiet part of Alta Vista. The surrounding greenery adds to the charm of its location. The property is comfortable and well equipped with lots of space. The jewel is the private pool and lounging area which is perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. Although the last block up to the house is a steep climb/drive, it's close to numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. Miguel was very helpful and responded to any questions we had and also worked quickly to resolve an issue with the AC. Highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the vibe of the old town and Zona Romantica.

Excellent location, it's the same as the shared photographs, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! We were treated quite well at the reception We will definitely be back!!!

Everything was perfect! Really an amazing house! Any questions we had, Jonathan and his team were on the lookout! Everything is very clean and as shown in the photos! It was my bachelorette party, there were many of us and the truth is the house was amazing! 100% recommended🌊🤩

Had a wonderful time staying at Lourdes’ property. She was a great host, super responsive to all our questions and proactively shared recommendations for people to reach out to, places to eat/explore, and things to do. Would recommend.

The house is very nice and spacious, we were 2 adults, a child and a baby so we had a lot of space left over. The only thing we didn't like is that they are very austere haha let's see if I can make myself understood, it wasn't anything bad but there were no details, for example, there was no water to drink, which had never happened to us, they always left us water, even if it was a few bottles or drinks in the refrigerator since the check-in is usually just when it's hottest, with the cost of the house I don't think it would lower the profit if they had a little detail but apart from that everything was fine, of course we would return to that or another house managed by the same hosts since there was good communication and kindness on their part. The subdivision is beautiful as always. The club is under renovation, but at least the largest pool was working. The only bad thing there are the waiters. There are few, but there is little work. Even so, they are slow to serve, but the food is very good and cheaper than in restaurants.

I had a great trip to Puerto Vallerta and Luna's Airbnb was fantastic! You can walk to Playa Del Oro beach which I did each day but is also close to things like Malecón and Zona Romantica. I learned how to take the bus for 10 pesos but you can also use Didi or Uber. The apartment is very central but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants closeby as well. Great place to stay in Puerto Vallerta, I would go back. Luna also has a coffeehouse + bar (and pizza) nearby. It's awesome!!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Thank you big! Margaret and her staff were amazing! Carmen was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was an extra special touch. We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

Very nice place, cozy, nice decoration, comfortable, with a warm pool, with good air conditioning and basic needs well covered. Good security and surveillance. In a beautiful area and a very good location, with a 24-hour pharmacy two minutes walk, Plaza Caracol and supermarket a few minutes walk too. Very good hosts, they resolve any questions or needs immediately. There are many places with the same price but of much lower quality, and this place seemed excellent in price and quality. We would definitely return to that place.

The place was very nice, it exactly matched the images, the view is beautiful, facing the sea, it has 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, yes it has hot water, there is a jacuzzi, although it did not hold the water, it went out and it was not so easy, it has all the kitchen utensils, cups, plates, knives, etc., it is very well equipped, also in the bathroom, soap, shampoo, etc., Roberto's attention was very good, it was from before we arrived to welcome us, although in the end I would have liked to give us instructions on our departure, since the cleaning girl arrived from 9:30 am and we felt a little haste to leave... In general, I loved my stay, I felt like at home!

Looks just like the pictures , nice private location, within walking distance of restaurants, it was clean and spacious. Also nice view of the ocean and beach front. Washer and dryer was a plus for us . Also the kids area was a hit for our kids. There is also a massage spot right below the property , so we didn’t even have to leave.

We leave happy and convinced to return. The host is always friendly and attentive to any questions. The place is very pleasant and very safe all the time. Clean and comfortable common spaces. The tacos in front are delicious and the Oxxo is super practical. The beach is super close by. Definitely an excellent option.

This listing is STUNNING!!!!! My siblings and ours spouses booked here and we LOVED IT!!! It’s better in person than the pictures! It’s huge & has breathtaking views. Everything about our stay was great! Both pools were gorgeous, and the sunset in the balcony like nothing we had ever seen. Uber was so easy to use when moving around. We loved the property! It gave resort vibes! We loved everything! Will definitely book here on our next stay! 100000%
