Our new studio is located on the ground floor of a former mountain farm, nestled between Heuberg and Kranzhorn in a secluded location, at almost 800 meters. A separate entrance leads to the combined living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you can reach the highway and Brannenburg with many shopping opportunities in 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, while Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour. Even day trips to South Tyrol are no problem.

Staying at the Martl

Quiet and bright apartment in the hiking paradise of Samerberg. Dream location in the countryside, surrounded by meadows, forests and fields. Hiking, swimming, cycling and much more. Close to the Samerberger Filze natural pool, Lake Chiemsee and mountains. Very suitable for bike friends (Samerberg Bike Park) - hikers (Hochries, Heuberg, Kampenwand, Wendelstein...). This lovingly furnished log cabin with its own balcony offers all the comforts you could wish for. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living area is designed to accommodate larger groups. The heart of the wooden house is our large masonry stove, which keeps the cabin wonderfully warm and cozy in winter. The cabin is located along the Inn river, just before the Austrian border, giving you quick access to all kinds of mountain sports.
