Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oak Park

This was my second stay at Barbara’s apartment in LA, and this time I stayed there with my husband and daughter. Once again, Barbara and Gunther were welcoming and responsive, and their little cat Mau-Mau was a sweetie. I will definitely check to see if this space is available any time I am planning to visit LA. It is an amazing deal.

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

The house is really nice and cozy. Easy to access. Kitchen has all the required utensils and other cookware.

Anthony was great, sent pictures so I knew exactly where to park and where to go. Very friendly and kind. The place was comfortable. Will stay again. Thank you.

Very cool apartment with minimal check out instructions which I loved. The views were incredible and the interior decor was very unique and beautiful done.

The photos are an understatement of how beautiful and cozy the house actually is. The decor is super cute! She has absolutely everything! You really feel at home here.

Very nice home and clean inside and out like the pictures shown. Todd was very accommodating with our stay and parking our vehicles were able to be park on the driveway close to the home which was one of my concerns with our work truck and the neighbor was good too. This home would be our first choice when stay in the area next time.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

We had a lovely stay. The view is beautiful! While the place is aging a bit, they've done a nice job with the decor! The couch downstairs is fantastic- big enough for two families to hang out on and very comfortable! Shawn was a wonderful communicator and the on-site staff were very friendly!

This is our second time staying at Ken’s home for an annual conference. The beds are comfortable, space is clean and we like that the sleeping area is separate from living space so those who stay up later don’t wake the others. We will be back.

Place was nice and clean pool was warm hot tub was hotter and it was a great little get away! Awesome house for a good group of people.

Hamed’s place was great! We were there for just a weekend to attend a wedding nearby in Thousand Oaks/Quail Ranch. Perfect location. We enjoyed the view from the hill, and had fun in the mornings sitting outside on the porch with sipping coffee and identifying the birds! Would stay again if we were ever back in the area.

I just want to say how grateful I am for Judy and how accommodating and kind she was to us. We had to evacuate due to the Palisades fire and were displaced from our home for over two weeks with no indication of when we could go home. Every day we thought perhaps we could check out and go home, only to find our roads were still closed. Judy was so patient and let us decide last minute to stay another night or not, and she even worked with us on the pricing because of our situation. The house was exactly what we needed for my elderly mother, husband, young daughter and two dogs. We could even walk to the park down the street which my daughter loved. She in fact said the "house was the most beautiful" and didn't want to go home. Thank you Judy for taking care of us!

Listing was clean and as described. Location was walkable and close to many metro bike stations, where you can rent bikes for pretty cheap. I’d recommend going up north more towards Santa Monica than south towards Venice.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very nice place to relax after a busy day in LA. The patio is beautiful and inviting. The place itself is cute and perfect for 2. An Avis car rental is literally around the corner which is super convenient. Although most restaurants and busy Santa Monica streets are not far, be aware that it is a good 20-30 mn walk through a commercial area to get there.

Great stay right near the best parts of Venice. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Highly recommended!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

We reallly enjoyed Tom’s condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was fully stocked and even had some snacks for us! We loved the pool and hot tub! Tom kept in contact with us the whole time so we felt very well taken care of. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!
