Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The deck and view were so beautiful. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet. We already want to go back!

Wow - we had an amazing stay and loved Job's beautiful home. The photos barely capture the incredible views. 180 degrees views of Mt. Tam all the way down to the Bay - truly on top of world. Pool was bigger than expected, warm water, great covered porch, VERY nice pool house/bedroom & bath. All beds were super comfortable, everything sparkling clean and living room was such a great and comfy area to watch movies or just look at the view with a good book. Kitchen is outfitted (and labeled) with everything you need. Very close to San Anslemo downtown - which is filled with great lunch spots, coffee shops. So much to do in Marin and this is centrally located (note a steep driveway but we had no issues.) Can't think of a single improvement Job could make. I left something behind and he responded that day that he would ship back to me. One of our most favorite Airbnbs ever. THANK YOU!

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

We just had an awesome stay for my bachelorette. The pool and the house are very well kept. We LOVED all of the wildlife and plants in the yard/area! Kenny was SO RESPONSIVE which was so helpful and we appreciate it so much! A great home. The only little thing is that uber had a hard time finding the address but if you tell them to use google maps it works much better. We'll be back for sure !

We loved staying here! It was super clean and tidy and matched the description. The bed was pretty comfortable, too! The hosts gave clear instructions on getting in and it was easy to find. It was a perfect location, not far from the airport or the Greek Theatre (about 15/20 minute drive).

Es gab ein paar technische Defekte, die aber sofort behoben wurden. Sehr freundlicher Hausverwalter, der jederzeit unterstützt hat. Was uns nicht klar war, dass im selben Stock noch ein anderes Airbnb angeboten wird. Wenn die Türe in der Küche nicht verschlossen wird, kann jeder in den Wohnungsbereich rüber gehen. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, hätten wir nur gerne vorher genauer gewusst. Teilweise war der Nachbar etwas laut aber dies zu normalen Zeiten.

We loved this backyard cottage! Super comfortable, fresh, well run … terrific location for visiting our Alameda friends, morning coffee walks … will definitely be booking again (and recommending to friends on the island when they have visitors)

This place really lives up to its name - Urban Oasis. It should have the word paradise added to the description. I was looking for a place to host international guests and wanted a place which they could rest and have some privacy as they recovered from jet lag. As a local resident, I found it hard to believe that such a beautiful location existed so close by. The backyard reminded me of Hawaii. It was so beautiful and serene. Albena has gone above and beyond with all her unique decorative touches, supplies for the home (from phone chargers to best selling books). We used the kitchen quite a bit and it was stocked with pots, lots of dishes, and cooking utensils and supplies. Albena was so warm and friendly and super responsive and had some great tips for what to do. I even learned a few new things. My guests would have been happy to just stay in the home and enjoy it rather than venturing out to SF. I've already recommended this place to friends. It's so delightful!

Shelia was a wonderful, accommodating and very thoughtful host. The space is terrific - roomy and well appointed. Quiet even though it is close to restaurants and shops in downtown Alameda. I had a wonderful stay and hope to stay again on future visits to Alameda.

Nicole's place was absolutely stunning, loved the decor. I would recommend this place to anyone staying or wanting be near San Francisco. Thank you for a great 2 days.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend (getting ready, meeting spot before the ceremony, etc) and it was truly perfect. It’s walkable to many great restaurants on College Ave, so we were able to do our rehearsal dinner there and easily come back to the Airbnb after. Since there is a patio, it was easy for people to hang out there while we got ready for our wedding. The airbnb itself is pristine, clean, and modern - we felt really happy to spend such a special weekend there. Most of all, our hosts were always communicative and so helpful in making sure we had what we needed - thank you Dustin and James!

Oh my goodness! I can hardly believe we got so lucky to book this place for our trip to Berkeley. I'll definitely book again on our next visit. Location: AMAZING. Walking distance to groceries, Philz coffee shop, BART, restaurants etc. House: Clean and comfortable. Great kitchen, multiple bathrooms, really comfy beds, basic necessities (towels, shampoo etc), low scent (huge plus if like me you suffer from asthma). Historic home in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. Wonderful communication from Scott, super friendly and accommodating. Stop your searching. Just book!

We booked this Airbnb for our friends visiting from China. We also live nearby, so the location was very convenient. The house was clean and quiet, which was perfect since our friends had jet lag—they were able to get a good night’s sleep. I’ll definitely book this place again when more friends come to visit us.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants. Ringo was an excellent host – responsive, welcoming, and made our stay even better.

Had a great stay in Oakland at this place. It was easy to check-in, very clean, and the host was very responsive. They left me a thank-you note which was a nice surprise. Would recommend to others for families, but don’t book if you want somewhere to party. The neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful views of the bay. Overall great!
