A beautiful and very cozy house, I enjoyed it a lot with my family in the pool, it appears to be small but it really is perfect with a good size, it has all its amenities in good condition. Fernando is a super host, with immediate response, clarification of doubts, he gives you the best options and recommendations of all the service he provides, a very kind, respectful and accessible person. I highly recommend it for its great service.

The house is really beautiful! It makes you feel like you're somewhere else, an incredible place, very accessible with a birthday I had in the theme of my guests, Miguel is attentive and is extremely kind and helpful! We definitely want to return a thousand times, we were very happy! It's totally worth it!

The house is very spacious, as seen in the photos, clean and with many options to enjoy it: games for children, a very well-kept garden to play with pets, a good-sized pool and spacious areas. César was always attentive and very willing to support us and clarify our doubts; Mrs. Santa welcomed us with snacks and fresh water, and helped us with the preparation of food and organization of everything we brought to the kitchen during the weekend. We hope to return soon.

I went with my family and friends the previous weekend and we had a great time, the pool is spacious, as if it was hot it was not necessary to request to turn on the boiler, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food, the rooms each have a fan, the bathrooms are also very good, there is hot water, the only thing is that as a recommendation I would have liked the water to come out with more pressure from the shower, because it came out a little, however in general, everything was very good and comfortable, without a doubt, I would return to spend more days there, the location is super good, it is very close to Six Flags Oaxtepec.

I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

Excellent attention from the hosts , there were some inconveniences, but they helped us fix them quickly, we had a very pleasant time, we returned to the first opportunity.

This is the second time we've stayed here, we'll definitely be back because it's a beautiful house, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing I would change would be the mattresses, they are not so comfortable, they feel misshapen. But in general, the place is worth it for a quiet weekend.

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green space. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own little house, and having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, chatting. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained on us at night, but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have many things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who receives you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10 I will definitely return!

The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature in the large garden and pool. Everything was as described in the ad. Rocío is one of the best hosts we've had, always attentive to what is needed. And a big plus is the flexible schedule, as you can enjoy the house for more hours. We loved it!

We had a great time in Las Pontigas. A beautiful house with a huge garden and beautiful views. Extremely comfortable for 14 people. The pool and jacuzzi at an excellent temperature (The whirlpool didn't work when we went, but the water was very hot). Pedro was very attentive, Eduardo the caretaker was extremely kind and helpful. Mary cooks very well and is very attentive (if you like spicy food, you have to tell her beforehand so she can prepare the sauces with more chili). In general, I have no complaints and would return without hesitation.

The stay was wonderful. We stayed more than two days. The weather was cloudy and rainy. The pool water was delicious all the time. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. The house is more beautiful than in the photos. Super comfortable and beautiful. Although we had hours of rain, the house is wonderful to enjoy the interior. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house with a lovely outdoor area and pool. It is in a quiet area removed from the noise and hustle of the noisier parts of the city.

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

everything was excellent, the house was clean and beautiful with everything you need,the very good size pool is enjoyed rich and a lot of space for my dogs, always paying attention in case something was offered, perfect location and perfect price to spend a few days with tranquility and the sounds of nature, of course I will return

Sorry for the late review but we had to get back to our regular schedules but our review is as follows: We had a comfortable stay and we were able to walk to our Family and Friends to their locations. All appliances worked and we were able to make our meals with no issues. Swimming pool was great as the weather was warm the days we stayed. We had a Great stay and do recommend this location. Very good accommodation to spend a weekend with your family. Meets everything mentioned. Mauricio was always very attentive to us during the stay, the place is very well located. Cleanliness stands out throughout the house. The pool is very clean and the area is very quiet.

Felipe was very helpful. I booked for accomodation by my wedding and was very accessible to my own requests for my arrangement :) very friendly all the staff. Forgot an item and we were able to get it back later!!!
