Welcome beautiful humans! We, Ailine and Pascal (~30 years; married), are looking forward to your visit! Stay as our guest and flatmate for a while; the apartment is spacious enough for all of us. Your private room is about 24m² (plus gallery) and thanks to the two large windows it is nicely bright - just like the rest of the apartment. We jointly share all the other areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining and living area). As we live here ourselves, we have everything you need to live well.

Herzliche Willkommen in der idyllischen Gemeinde Lutzenberg im hügeligen Appenzellerland. Das kleine ehemalige Wöschhüsli mit Fasssauna befindet sich inmitten von grünen Wiesen und Bäumen. Das gemütliche Häuschen besticht mit viel Charme und Behaglichkeit. Ein weiteres Highlight neben der Sauna ist der Bachlauf, der durch das Grundstück fließt und dem Ganzen eine entspannte Atmosphäre verleiht. Ob Ruhesuchende, Naturliebende oder Kulturinteressierte – hier findet jeder seinen Rückzugsort.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. In a quiet location, surrounded by lush meadows, forests and the beautiful Niedersonthofener See, you can experience life on an organic farmer's farm. The farmhouse is about 230 years old and offers space for 2-6 people in quaint and traditionally furnished holiday apartments. On the playground (swing, slide, seesaw, sandbox) as well as in the play city, children have wonderful opportunities to romp. In front of the door, hiking trails and Lake Baee invite you to activity or recreation.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Your retreat in the eastern Allgäu foothills of the Alps. I rent my beautiful, bright and newly renovated apartment in Immenhofen, in the idyllic East Allgäu Alpine upland, for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is located in the attic of a detached house on the outskirts of Immenhofen, in a quiet south-east location. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding meadows, mountains and nature, ensures a relaxing stay and provides an ideal starting point for excursions.

We rent our attic apartment with the charm "vacation in grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement. Other things to note Other payments: €1.80 guest tax/adult Person 14 years and older / night €4 garbage for a garbage bag from the municipality.

The private entrance and free parking provide additional comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden.
